Note: This is set in a world of famine + pirates, not strictly originalism, with many game private settings. The protagonist is a player, a 'fourth disaster' type. Not having played the game will not affect reading.

I am Wendy, a Don't Starve player, who came to this new world with the Don't Starve game system. To ensure my survival, I have been working hard to cultivate land, but my efficiency alone was too low, so I started looking for companions.

My first companion was decent and diligent, but one day, he suddenly displayed a "Do princes, dukes, generals, and ministers have a lineage?" ambition in our chat, and set sail to liberate the entire world.

My second companion didn't have such ideals and had his own base, but his temper was terrible and his personality twisted. Because I sided with his younger brother, he furiously tried to kill me. Fortunately, I could revive.

My third companion's temper was fine, but due to his ability being ice, he was literally too cold. Getting too close to him for too long would cause me to lose health, so I could only part ways with him tearfully...

After going through several companions and dying several times, I finally arrived at my current home and found my fated little partner. I couldn't help but well up with tears—finally, someone isn't thinking about sailing all day but can work the land with me! This is my home! This is my fated person! No one can separate us!

When Hawkeye first discovered the blonde girl on the island he chose to settle on, he thought she was a surviving indigenous royal and a Devil Fruit ability user. She couldn't get wet in the rain, saying it would cause her "san" to drop; she paid close attention to the weather and temperature, saying that being too cold or too hot would cause her to lose health.

She seemed extremely frail, yet she dared to sail out alone on a raft and return alive several days later... and she would stay up all night, using light to farm, with a ghost-like entity beside her that she called her sister.

Hawkeye ignored her until she clung to him and sailed out with him. He then discovered that this fellow knew an excessive number of people, was involved in an excessive amount of trouble, and everyone demanded that he hand her over.

Wendy (clinging tightly, shouting hysterically): "I'm not leaving! I want to spend my life with him! No one can break us apart!" Hawkeye: "..." When did this happen? Why didn't he know?
