(Apocalypse + Rebirth + Space + Hoarding + Ruthless Character + Golden Finger)
Xiao Yi, a ruthless King of Soldiers who struggled for five years in the apocalypse, was betrayed by his comrade...
However, just as they were about to set off, they received new intelligence that the enemy seemed to have noticed their actions and strengthened their defenses.
Xiao Yi frowned: "This will increase the difficulty of our actions, but we can't retreat."
Faced with the enemy's strengthened defense, the protagonists fell into deep thought.
Sun Mei said worriedly, "How about we give up this operation for now and look for another opportunity?"
Zhao Gang shook his head firmly: "No, if we retreat now, it will be even more difficult to deal with the enemy once they complete their plan."
Xiao Yi's eyes were firm: "We can't give up, but we can't fight hard either. We need to readjust our strategy."
After a heated discussion, they decided to change the route of attack and make a detour from the enemy's flank where its defense was weaker.
"This operation will be more dangerous, but as long as we unite as one, we will succeed." Xiao Yi encouraged everyone's morale.
Everyone nodded, their eyes filled with determination. Following the new plan, the protagonists quietly headed towards the enemy's supply storage area under cover of night.
They carefully avoided enemy patrols and, led by Lao Zhang, advanced along a hidden path.
Xiao Li was exploring the way ahead when he suddenly stopped and gestured for silence. It turned out that there was a group of enemies standing guard ahead.
Xiao Yi made a few gestures, signaling everyone to disperse and deal with this team of enemies from different directions.
The team members acted in unison, approached the enemy silently, acted quickly, and eliminated the enemy sentry cleanly and neatly.
They continued to move forward and finally arrived at the outskirts of the supply storage area.
Xiao Yi had been wandering alone in this apocalyptic wasteland for a long time. The ruins of the city were filled with the stench of decay and death, and the roars of zombies echoed in the dilapidated streets.
The once bustling city was now a silent ruin, its skyscrapers crumbled, its streets shattered, and the wreckage of vehicles piled high. Amidst the shattered walls, rusted steel bars twisted and stretched towards the gloomy sky, as if to tell the heavens of its former glory and its current misery.
Xiao Yi carefully navigated the ruins, the broken glass and rubble crunching beneath his feet. Every step was fraught with danger. The air was filled with a nauseating stench of decay, the stench of zombies and undiscarded corpses. This odor, mixed with dust and a burning smell, felt like a doomsday curse, tightly entangling the land.
The doors and windows of shops along the street were shattered, their goods scattered across the ground, yet no one cared to buy. The once dazzling array of goods was now covered in a thick layer of dust, looking particularly desolate in the dim light. Occasionally, a few rats could be seen scurrying among the ruins, becoming unusually ferocious and bold, no longer fearing the presence of humans.
The roars of the zombies echoed one after another, a sound like the roars of hell, filled with endless pain and madness. These once-humans were now the walking dead, their skin rotting, their eyes hollow, only hungry for the flesh and blood of the living. They wandered aimlessly through the streets, and if they detected the presence of a living person, they would pounce frantically.
Xiao Yi gripped the long knife tightly in his hand, the blade already covered with nicks and bloodstains. His eyes were firm and alert, always paying attention to the movements around him. Suddenly, a zombie rushed out from the corner, fangs and claws bared, and pounced on him. Xiao Yi dodged to the side, and with a swing of the long knife in his hand, the zombie's head rolled off instantly, and black blood splattered out. But this did not make him feel relieved at all, because he knew that more dangers were waiting for him ahead.
In this post-apocalyptic wasteland, survival has become incredibly difficult. Water sources are polluted, food is extremely scarce, and every day is a battle with death. Xiao Yi doesn't know how much longer he can hold on, but the glimmer of hope in his heart never dies. He firmly believes that he can find a way to survive in this hopeless land.
On this day, Xiao Yi was searching for resources for survival as usual. He took heavy but determined steps, traveling across this barren land. The sun scorched mercilessly, as if it wanted to evaporate all the moisture in the world.
Xiao Yi's clothes were ragged, the worn hems of his clothes swaying slightly in the wind. His resolute eyes revealed a hint of fatigue, but more of a desire to survive. In his hand, he tightly grasped a rough wooden stick, which was his only support in this difficult world.
He carefully searched every corner for possible hidden resources, not missing a single glimmer of hope. His cracked lips pursed from time to time, and sweat slid down his cheeks, leaving clear traces on his dusty face.
However, at this seemingly ordinary moment, he keenly sensed a hint of unusual movement. The movement was extremely subtle, and if it weren't for his keen perception honed over a long period of time in this cruel environment, he probably wouldn't have been able to detect it at all.
Xiao Yi stopped in his tracks, his body tense, and listened intently. The sound was like a faint humming of the wind, or the gentle breathing of some mysterious creature. He slowly squatted down, gripping the stick tighter, his heartbeat accelerating at this moment.
The air around him seemed to freeze. Xiao Yi held his breath, his eyes as sharp as torches, nervously searching for the source of the strange movement. In the face of this unknown fear, although his heart was filled with uneasiness, his instinct for survival drove him to find out what was approaching.
Suddenly, a horrifying scene appeared in his sight. In the distance, a group of zombies were moving in an orderly manner towards him. This was obviously an organized attack.
Xiao Yi's pupils suddenly contracted, and his heart beat like a drum. He had never seen such a disciplined group of zombies. The zombies he had encountered before were all fighting on their own, blindly chasing the living. But the group of zombies in front of him marched in unison, as if they were under some unified command.
