Ancient cultivator Tang Jin was caught in a battle between cultivators and exotic beasts over a spiritual treasure and was accidentally transmigrated to another world.
He found himself to be ...

There was a knock on the interrogation room door, and a soldier entered carrying three glasses of water, placing them in front of Chang Yin, Tang Yue, and Albert respectively. After placing them, he glanced at Chang Yin casually; Chang Yin showed no expression, and the soldier left immediately.
Chang Yin took a sip of water and said in a calm voice, "Take a sip of water and continue."
Albert looked at the cup in front of him, instinctively resisting; he didn't want to drink. Every time he drank water during an interrogation, he felt as if a part of his memory had been erased, as if he didn't even know what he had said. Albert felt a little uneasy.
"Ask whatever you want right now, I don't have time to waste with you guys!"
Seeing that Albert was not cooperating, Chang Yin was about to get up and pour water down Albert's throat when Tang Yue said in a cool voice, "Drink water!"
In an instant, as if receiving some kind of command, Albert mechanically reached out, picked up the cup, and drank the water in two gulps.
Chang Yin paused for a moment as he was about to get up. The words "drink water" seemed to have a magical power swirling in his mind. Chang Yin felt that he couldn't control his arm and really wanted to reach for the water glass on the table. The feeling was just awful.
Chang Yin didn't know how much effort he had to exert to barely stop himself from drinking water. When the sensation subsided, Chang Yin was covered in sweat. A storm raged in his usually unchanging eyes.
Looking at his arm, which was halfway outstretched, Chang Yin couldn't shake off the feeling of fear in his heart.
Tang Yue glanced at Chang Yin, her lips twitching. She had no intention of doing anything to Chang Yin, but their mental strength was indeed too weak. Tang Yue smiled apologetically at Chang Yin, then gestured to Albert with her eyes.
Chang Yin suppressed his unease and turned to look at Albert, who had already become completely expressionless.
Unaware of the dosage administered by the soldiers outside, Chang Yin did not waste any time and began interrogating Albert using Miwen.
Tang Yue was shocked. Although she couldn't understand what the two were saying, Chang Yin had already placed the thing called a supercomputer on the table. Albert skillfully operated it, and Tang Yue fell silent as she watched what was displayed on the small screen.
She genuinely admired these people. They had no spiritual power, yet they could create such amazing things using the most ordinary materials in the world. Tang Yue was truly amazed.
When the two came out of the interrogation room, Commander Kang was already waiting at the door with a solemn expression. He had a translator on his side, and the information he knew was in sync with Chang Yin's side.
When Commander Kang saw Tang Yue, a hopeful light suddenly shone in his eyes. His gaze seemed to ask, "Little girl, can you build a supercomputer?"
Tang Yue pouted; she wasn't omnipotent.
"Commander Kang, I don't know how to do this. I think our country should have someone with that kind of talent, right?"
She also longed for China to progress, because that would give ordinary people like them a greater sense of security. For example, if China were strong, would those Japanese still dare to so openly seek revenge against her family?
Even if it's hard to swallow that anger, one wouldn't act so blatantly.
Commander Kang was somewhat disappointed, but looking at the little girl who was less than a meter tall, he realized he had indeed been asking too much of her. After all, she was still a child; even if she started learning from the womb, she couldn't possibly learn about supercomputers.
"It's okay. You must be tired these past few days. I'll give you two days off so you can go home and get some rest."
Tang Yue agreed. She could go home to her own residence on her own, without asking Chang Yin to see her off. However, before leaving, she asked Chang Yin for a lot of books. She wanted to learn, to learn quickly; there was just so much she needed to know.
The summer sun was blazing, and the weather on the South Island was incredibly hot. Although Tang Yue was protected by spiritual energy and didn't feel too hot, walking under the scorching sun was still uncomfortable, so she quickly made her way home.
At home, Lin Cuicui was helping Tang Shengkai pack his luggage. "Mom and Dad, I'm home."
"My daughter is back! Haha, Daddy missed you so much!"
Tang Shengkai was the first to run out and hug Tang Yue tightly. Tang Yue was overjoyed to see her father. "Dad, why are you still home at this hour?"
Shouldn't this be training time?
Tang Shengkai didn't hide anything from Tang Yue, "Yes, Dad is going on a mission soon. The safety of our family will be in my daughter's hands."
"Oh, Dad, you're going on a mission? I just got back."
Tang Yue pouted unhappily. Ever since her father joined the army, they had less and less time to spend together.
Tang Shengkai ruffled his daughter's hair. "Daughter, Dad wants to spend more time with you, but I have a mission to complete. Once I finish the mission, I'll have leave from the army, and then Dad will spend a few more days with you, okay?"
Tang Yue could do nothing but agree; when her father returned, he had no idea what had happened to her this time.
But that's fine too. As long as the family is safe and sound, it doesn't matter if we can't see each other every day.
Lin Cuicui looked at Tang Shengkai with a worried expression, "Be careful when you go out, you..."
She wanted to say that in dangerous situations, one must prioritize self-protection, but she couldn't bring herself to say it. After all, so many soldiers were out on a mission together; they couldn't all slack off, or the mission would continue. What, then, was their purpose as soldiers?
Lin Cuicui felt her awareness had increased. If it were before...
Oh well, what can they do now?
Tang Shengkai put Tang Yue down, took the things from Lin Cuicui's hands, and instructed, "When you have nothing to do, walk around at home more often. It's too hot outside, so don't go out."
