An extremely cold touch that surpassed physical low temperature and seemed to directly act on existence itself instantly erupted from the core crack, along every broken law structure, sweeping away Pei Du's remaining body and consciousness!

This is not the coldness of destruction, but a kind of...absolute, repressive coldness of order!

The dark blue life-sustaining fluid, like the most effective fire extinguisher, precisely coated and penetrated the remnants of the violently wriggling, destructively high-temperature dark-red energy! Wherever it passed, the boiling dark-red energy seemed to have encountered its nemesis, instantly frozen and suppressed! The violent conflict and erosion were forcibly halted! The trend of the law structure's collapse was like hitting the pause button!

The icy command, accompanied by the infusion of the dark blue liquid, flowed through Pei Du's consciousness. The excruciating pain that had nearly shattered his mind subsided as quickly as the tide, replaced by a bone-deep, forcibly frozen numbness and heaviness. He felt as if the remnants of his existence were being enveloped and frozen in a cold, thick "ice coffin" composed of absolute order.

The pain subsided, but with it came a more terrifying feeling of stagnation. My consciousness felt like it had sunk into aeons of black ice, and thinking became incredibly difficult and slow. The dormant crimson ember of the key, enveloped in the dark blue liquid, dimmed its glow, as if frozen in time.

Is this... life support? Or another form of sealing? What exactly is this cold blue liquid? Can it truly prevent the complete dissolution of existence, or will it simply prolong the process of death indefinitely?

The metal object's dark red window closely watched the probe injection process, two points of light flickering steadily, monitoring the data. It seemed indifferent to Pei Du's feelings, simply faithfully executing the highest command from the key - maintaining the target's "vital" signs, regardless of the cost.

A low, long, terrifying buzzing sound that seemed to come from the depths of the earth and seemed to be descending from the extremely distant sky swept across the entire Star Ash Wasteland without any warning!

This sound wasn't a physical sound wave; it was more like a wail that acted directly on the soul, on the very laws of existence itself! The filthy air instantly grew tenfold thicker! The thick, leaden clouds, as if stirred by an invisible giant hand, suddenly accelerated, tumbling and spinning! Deep within the clouds, the twisted, dark-red lightning bolts became more violent and dense than ever before, silently tearing through the sky and illuminating the entire wasteland in a ghostly crimson!

Pei Du's consciousness, frozen and numbed by the dark blue life-support fluid, felt like it was being struck by an invisible hammer amidst this terrifying humming sound! An uncontrollable, extreme fear, rooted in his innate existence, instantly gripped him! It was as if some unimaginable terror was about to descend!

A stream of cold, rapid, and unprecedentedly sharp instructions flashed through Pei Du's stagnant consciousness like thunderclaps! Simultaneously, within the dark red crystal window of the metal object, two pinpricks of light instantly transformed into a glaring, rapidly flashing scarlet! The mechanical humming within it reached its limit, even emitting a piercing shriek like a metallic overload!

Entropy?! Extinction-level?!

Pei Du's remaining consciousness struggled to comprehend these cold words. Entropy... that's the terminator of the thermodynamic endpoint of the universe, representing the ultimate law where all order returns to absolute disorder and absolute silence! Extinction-level... means this force is enough to wipe out all existence in this wasteland!

It's coming?! From over the horizon?!

Driven by extreme fear, Pei Du used up the last bit of mobility he had left after being frozen by the dark blue liquid, and turned his broken neck with great difficulty and very slowly... His pupils, like molten gold embers, looked in the direction indicated by the window of the metal creation - the northwest horizon of the wasteland.

His gaze passed over the filthy swamp, over the collapsed mountains of metal ruins, over the petrified tentacles that resembled giant tombstones and the withered bone forest...

Beneath the thick, swirling clouds of lead grey and dark red, at the far end of the horizon...

An indescribable "darkness", like sticky, living ink, silently, yet incredibly quickly... swallowed up the already dim skylight, and surged towards where he was!

It wasn't the darkness of night, nor the shadow of clouds. It was a kind of...pure darkness that negated light and color, space and time, and seemed to drag all existence itself into eternal nothingness...the ultimate darkness!

Wherever the vanguard of the spreading darkness passed, space took on a strange, dizzying, twisted fold! Several massive, mountain-like metal wrecks, towering on the distant horizon, were touched by the viscous darkness. There was no explosion, no sound. Like sand sculptures drenched in acid, they silently... dissolved, collapsed, and transformed into the most primitive, grayish-white... dust! The dust didn't even have time to dissipate before it was completely swallowed and assimilated by the even denser darkness that followed!

There was no sound, only the terrifying buzzing that swept through the soul, and the suffocating silence of the sticky darkness that silently swallowed everything!

The tide of extinction is swallowing up the starlight, crushing the ruins, and rushing towards this hopeless place composed of wreckage and mire with unstoppable force!

The metal creature suddenly withdrew the probe pressing against Peidu's core! The flow of the dark blue life-sustaining fluid abruptly stopped. Its crystal window, flashing with a piercing scarlet alarm light, stared fixedly at the viscous darkness engulfing the horizon, and an overloaded roar emanated from its heavy armored body.

It used its only remaining, relatively intact metal arm to violently point in the direction of the darkness that was silently engulfing everything. A cold, rapid, electronic synthesized sound with the noise of metallic friction rang out clearly and directly in the polluted air for the first time, like a death knell of doom:
