Chicken feet delivery, what's not to like?
Sister Bai bit her finger and used her own blood to draw lines on a blank piece of yellow paper. The middle-aged man couldn't understand it at first, but after reading it, he immediately exclaimed in surprise:
"Damn, a Soul-Destroying Talisman! You're probably only a Second-Rank Warrior, maybe a High-Level Celestial Master!"
"No, I can only draw Soul-Destroying Talismans! What rank are you? Hurry up and come here, you're probably around a mid-level Celestial Master, right? Let's work together to shatter his body bit by bit!"
As Sister Bai spoke, she called out Chu Renmei as well, saying that there were two people, and that Sister Bai didn't like lying. But the middle-aged man's eyes widened, and he said, "There are clearly three, why did you say two!"
"She's not human, she's a fierce claw with over ten years of cultivation, and she's especially effective against corpse demons!" Sister Bai said in a deep voice, and a new Soul-Destroying Talisman was drawn!
"Let's go!"
Sister Bai swung the talisman forward, while Chu Renmei coordinated a coordinated attack on the right flank. The middle-aged man jumped up in shock, yelling, "Hydrogen...you're insane! You're not afraid of that guy's centuries of cultivation? I'm not some kind of Taoist master, just a tomb raider!"
Despite his grumbling, the middle-aged man still joined Sister Bai in attacking the left flank. The two of them joined forces, each using a claw to attack the corpse demon. He was no longer as agile as before; his movements were slightly clumsy, but still incredibly fierce!
Sister Bai planned to use her Soul-Destroying Talisman at the right time, but the middle-aged man kept yelling, "Kid, what are you keeping that Soul-Destroying Talisman for? Let's get him!"
To be honest, if we weren't busy dealing with the Corpse Demon Sister Bai, we would have really wanted to shut this guy up. He talks way too much nonsense!
Too lazy to pay him any attention, Sister Bai focused her main attack on the middle lane, displaying the strongest momentum. With Chu Renmei and the man providing support, the three of them combined their strength to finally force the corpse demon to retreat repeatedly.
But then the man seemed to remember something and shouted, "Kid, hurry up and nail him to that cross!"
Sister Bai nodded and launched an even fiercer attack, but the corpse demon seemed to know their intentions and began to dodge!
"Damn it!" Sister Bai and the man shouted at the same time. Corpse Fiend clearly sensed that the middle-aged man's side was the weakest, so he attacked the latter without regard for his own injury!
Just then, the middle-aged man was slapped away by the corpse demon and flew to the ground, spitting out a mouthful of blood!
"Chu Renmei, come back!"
With a furious shout, Sister Bai caused Chu Renmei to vanish into thin air. But Sister Bai didn't stop there; she slapped out the Soul-Destroying Talisman again. However, what Sister Bai didn't see was that a drop of blood from his bitten finger landed precisely on the Soul-Sealing Ring!
P.S.: I'll post three chapters at midnight first, and I'll try my best to post ten chapters tomorrow!
Chapter 92 Invite Guan Yu!
Blood dripped onto the Soul-Sealing Ring, but Sister Bai didn't notice at all. However, inside the ring, Xiao Zhen, Qi Qi, and Chu Renmei all looked up at the space above their heads.
The entire space seemed to be distorted, yet one after another, powerful and vigorous characters appeared in the sky.
"We respectfully invite Guan Shengdi of this altar, who is arguably the foremost of the Five Tigers!"
Riding the Red Hare, a magnificent steed, and wielding the Green Dragon Blade…!
The words were read out one by one like a mantra, which not only caught the eyes of the three female claws, but was also imprinted in Sister Bai's mind, making him involuntarily follow suit, forming hand seals and shouting in a deep voice!
At this moment, the Soul-Destroying Talisman had already struck the Corpse Demon, and Sister Bai was chanting a strange incantation. But the middle-aged man lying on the ground was dumbfounded, even more shocked than when he saw the Corpse Demon.
"They're asking Guan Yu for help... Who is this kid anyway? How come he has so many moves!"
"Da da da...!"
Just as the middle-aged man finished speaking, the sound of horses' hooves came from not far away. Then a magnificent steed galloped in, carrying what appeared to be a majestic longsword on its back—none other than Guan Yu's Green Dragon Crescent Blade!
The horse stopped in front of Bai Jie, who grabbed the saddle and leaped onto it. Grasping the Green Dragon Crescent Blade from the horse's back, she shouted, "Invitation to the Holy Emperor Guan!"
Suddenly, a gale howled, and Sister Bai, as if possessed by Guan Yu, wielded the Green Dragon Crescent Blade, beheading the corpse demon with a single strike! Then, her Red Hare kicked out with its hoof, crushing the corpse demon's head into pieces like a watermelon!
However, Sister Bai did not stop there. Instead, she used her Green Dragon Crescent Blade to cleave the headless corpse in two again!
The corpse could no longer regenerate and began to slowly turn into wisps of smoke and dissipate. Seeing this, Sister Bai sat on her horse, sword in hand, and watched as the corpse completely vanished before jumping off.
As soon as she jumped down, Sister Bai felt a wave of weakness wash over her. She tried to use her Green Dragon Crescent Blade to support herself, but the blade vanished the moment she touched the ground! Even the Red Hare turned and galloped away, disappearing from sight in no time.
Sister Bai let out a long breath, and the middle-aged man immediately came over to support her, saying, "Kid, are you alright?"
Sister Bai shook her head, glanced at him, and said, "Weren't you just coughing up blood and collapsing on the ground, unable to get up? How come you're all better now?"
When Sister Bai saw through his act, the middle-aged man scratched his head somewhat embarrassedly and explained, "I had no choice, you know. Pretending to be dead is better than actually being dead, right?"
"Then how did you get in here without being discovered?" Sister Bai asked.
The middle-aged man immediately started spitting as he said, "Let me tell you, if I hadn't been lucky, I would have been done for as soon as I fell, you know? I encountered a swarm of blood bats in the tunnel. I finally managed to dig through the tunnel, but I knew I would fall again. As soon as I fell, I saw that thing kneeling in front of the cross praying. To avoid being attacked, I poured the black dog blood I had brought on myself. Heh... the smell was a bit strong, but at least that thing didn't bother me."
