Lin Xiaoxiao's belly grew bigger every day, and her mother-in-law became a little anxious. Seeing that Bai Hehua was anxious about giving birth, Han Qiushi found a relative to come and help, and moved to the new house to take care of Lin Xiaoxiao.

My neighbor and I had a simple visit, studying and taking care of our pregnancy at the same time.

Not long after, Lin Xiaoxiao and Han Qiushi returned. Hearing the aroma of stewed chicken, Han Qiushi couldn't help but ask, "What delicious food did you cook today?"

"I heard you were going to the hospital for another check-up, and I was worried something might happen to Xiaoxiao, so I caught a little chicken to help her recover." As he spoke, he walked towards the kitchen to check if the chicken was cooked. If it was, he would bring out a bowl for Lin Xiaoxiao to have first.

Seeing that Bai Hehua was about to prepare the chicken, Lin Xiaoxiao quickly stopped her: "Mom, don't go. Look at my face, I feel like I'm about to have a double chin. The doctor also said that I need to pay attention to my diet from now on and not eat too much."

"Let's save this chicken for when everyone comes over tonight."

"Don't underestimate a small piece of fabric; it needs to be washed many times a day."

Bai Hehua nodded: "Okay, I'll listen to you on that. I just think the fabric is softer and won't hurt the child's skin, and it won't irritate the bottom."

"How about we do it like this, half and half? That way we won't wash too much."

Lin Xiaoxiao turned to look at Bai Hehua. Bai Hehua had been tending to the house and the surroundings for some time now, probably because she was worried about Han Qiulin. Her hair had lost its luster.

Don't be fooled by the fact that you stay at home all day and don't have to be exposed to the wind and sun. There are so many things to take care of at home. Later on, when you can't move around much, you'll probably need Bai Hehua to come and help with everything.

Lin Xiaoxiao couldn't bear to see Bai Hehua so tired. More importantly, she didn't want to see such a beautiful lady become overshadowed by these trivial matters.

Seeing that Bai Hehua was one of the youngest among her peers, Lin Xiaoxiao had no doubt about what she said: "I'm relieved to hear you say that. I'm not afraid of having children now, I'm just afraid that I won't be able to control them in the future."

"You're overthinking it. As long as they grow up in a healthy family environment, it's hard for them to go astray. Plus, your aunt is a sensible person. With so many people around the two children, I don't believe they can be raised as bad as they should."

Lin Xiaoxiao: "Auntie? Mom is the one you said would come over to help take care of the kids?"

“Yes, they are all close relatives. Compared to outsiders, they will definitely care more about the child.” Bai Hehua had actually been mentally selecting who would be suitable to help when Lin Xiaoxiao said she wanted to ask for help.

After mentally searching for a while, I immediately had a candidate in mind.

"It's the one who brought us hazelnuts and peanuts last time she came to our house. My aunt is a very honest person. Although she is a bit quiet, she is very sensible. Otherwise, her children wouldn't be raised so well."
