A story of mutual crushes and reuniting after a long separation, mainly set on campus. It's a sweet romance.
Su Xun falls in love with a boy, only to discover that the boy likes her too.<...
Whew~
This time it's really okay.
Pei Ke glanced at the flyer clipped to the table, and the large words on it made a small smile appear on his lips.
Su Xun took a large red plastic bag from the corner of Wen Yanyan's table. It looked very bloated, but it was actually very light.
Wen Yanyan was called to the south gate square of the school early in the morning, saying that there was some kind of event on Christmas Eve and she needed to set up the venue.
She's always been a bit absent-minded and often forgets things. This time was no exception; she probably only realized she'd forgotten something when she arrived at the venue and sent a message asking her to fill in.
Su Xun added another scarf around her neck before carrying the bag out the door. It would take more than ten minutes to walk from the dormitory to the south gate square of the school, and she didn't want to be blown silly by the wind.
From a distance, Su Xun could see seven or eight people fiddling with something. He quickened his pace and walked directly to the crowd.
"Yan Yan, I've brought your things."
Wen Yanyan was wearing a white down jacket, her hair was messy from the wind, and she quickly came over when she heard Su Xun's voice.
"It's a good thing you came. You have no idea how much Xiang Yang was yelling at me just now." She lowered her voice.
"You and Xiang Yang have been getting along really well lately, so why are you being so mean to me?"
"Stop talking. We chat like old friends of over ten years, but when it comes to work, we're like completely different people, turning into demons in an instant."
Speaking of this, Wen Yanyan felt a little aggrieved.
Su Xun turned his head and looked at the distance ahead. Xiang Yang was talking to a few people, holding a notebook in his hand. He looked quite serious.
"We should keep public and private matters separate." Su Xun looked away. "Alright, hurry up and take your things over, or you'll get scolded again."
"Okay." Wen Yanyan quickly grabbed her things and ran over.
Su Xun then discovered that the bag contained various small lights strung together with colored threads, as well as some small toys.
There was a large Christmas tree next to it, but it was still bare.
Their school doesn't prohibit celebrating Christmas, so every year they decorate the school with a Christmas tree and some small activities for everyone to enjoy.
I remember during my middle school years, my classmates and I would get really excited every Christmas. We would write postcards and give each other gifts, but we did all of that secretly because we had a lot of schoolwork and the teachers wouldn’t allow us to spend our energy on those things.
It's good now; the place is very inclusive.
