Chapter 124

Pei Ke drove the car to a roadside parking space. Outside vehicles need to register to enter the community, so it's not convenient to get in.

The car came to a smooth stop. Su Xun reached out and unbuckled his seatbelt, then turned around and said, "I'll head back now. Drive carefully later."

She opened the car door with her right hand, pressed the button, but didn't open the door. It seemed the door was locked. She looked at the person in the driver's seat with a puzzled expression.

Pei Ke also unbuckled his seatbelt, let his hands hang down, and looked to the side.

After a few minutes of silence

"You broke your promise." He spoke slowly, his eyes still fixed on Su Xun, who looked completely bewildered.

Do I have one?

When did this topic start?

"You just said I'm pretty."

"Huh?" A few seconds later, she finally realized that Pei Xiaokeai was being difficult.

You're so beautiful, I want to kiss you.

No wonder he wouldn't open the car door earlier. He'd been watching her for so long; he was waiting for her to take action.

"Come closer, I can't reach you." Su Xun turned around, wrapped his arms around Pei Ke's neck, pulled him down, and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek.

The crisp sound was particularly abrupt inside the car. Su Xun touched it and then left.

Are you satisfied now, you childish brat?

"Not enough." Pei Ke looked at the girl with a perfunctory expression. "I think my looks are definitely more than this."

With the gear shifter in between, the two were not in an comfortable position.

The driver's seat suddenly moved back a moment, and he leaned back, pulled the person up, and hugged him.

It turns out there really is someone who can make him abandon his usual restraint and sink into depravity again and again.

The air inside the cramped car slowly warmed up and became sticky, with unknown tiny molecules swirling around the two people. The air conditioner kept blowing out hot air, raising the temperature even higher.

The air inside the car seemed to have evaporated, and she felt a bit oxygen-deprived. She moved away slightly for a moment, and the car window was rolled down a crack, letting in a blast of cold air that dispelled the heat. She took deep breaths.

“I think my face deserves this much.” Pei Ke breathed softly, his voice no longer as cold as before, but with a low, hoarse tone. His eyes were dark and almost blended into the night.

"It's alright, but I think my face is still a cut above the rest."

Even if you're incredibly embarrassed inside, you can't let your words back down.

Hearing Su Xun deliberately raise his voice, Pei Ke chuckled softly, his chest heaving slightly, making Su Xun feel a little itchy.

She realized she was still nestled in the man's arms. She moved her legs, trying to get off him and go back to the passenger seat.

Just as he lifted one leg, someone pressed it down with their arm, pressing the two even closer together, leaving no gap between them.

"Don't move yet, wait for me a moment." A voice even lower and husky than before whispered in her ear, carrying a hint of seduction, penetrating Su Xun's heart. This time, her face flushed.

She could sense the man's unusual behavior.

Fortunately, the lights were off inside the car, so no one could see that her face was flushed red.

The only light on the road was the dim yellow streetlights, which stretched the shadows of the two people on the ground.

"I'll take you inside." The man had returned to normal, holding a set of car keys in his hand, and closed the car door.

Su Xun did not refuse and led the people into the residential area.

"Su Xun!" A female voice called from behind, its tone sharp in the night.

Su Xun recognized Chen Ying's voice. He turned around and saw Chen Ying standing on the side of the road behind him, still wearing the same dress, but with a coat draped over her shoulders—the one she had given her.

There was also a man standing next to her, dressed in a dark suit, looking impeccably dressed.

The two walked over side by side.
