"What the hell is this?" Shalltear's eyes widened, her face filled with horror as she gazed at the strange, enormous figure before her. She couldn't help but scream. Her delicate body trembled slightly with fear, as if a gust of wind could blow her over.

Sylvanas, standing nearby, appeared much calmer. Her gaze was as sharp as a torch as she stared intently at the terrifying being, slowly uttering a few words: "Aku'mai the Devourer! This is an extremely ancient and evil demon, said to possess mysterious and powerful powers."

Hearing Sylvanas' words, Shalltear's fear didn't lessen at all; instead, it grew even stronger. She demanded, "What on earth is that thing? Why did it suddenly appear here?" Her voice was filled with anxiety and confusion.

Sylvanas took a deep breath and explained, "This is a giant python with three heads. What we see now is probably only a part of its body. Its true form may be even larger and more terrifying than we can imagine!"

After hearing Sylvanas's description, Shalltear couldn't help but frown, revealing an expression of extreme disgust. She muttered, "Huh?! This thing is so disgusting. Just looking at it makes my hair stand on end. I really don't know how to deal with it."

At this moment, Su Yan, who had been silent the entire time, suddenly moved. With a fierce swing of his right hand, the gleaming Ten Directions Sword in his hand instantly unsheathed, wielding an incomparably sharp sword energy as it slashed straight towards Akumaier in front of him.

With a crisp "swish," the sharp sword flashed across Akumai's body like lightning, easily slicing a deep gash through its hard hide. Then, an unexpected scene unfolded—a larger, three-headed black snake suddenly emerged from the wound, its maw wide open and a deafening roar of fury unleashed.

The three-headed snake exuded a pungent stench, its dark green eyes fixed on Su Yan, revealing endless anger and murderous intent. Clearly, Su Yan's attack had completely enraged it, making it unable to hide any longer.

"Roar!" Another roar sounded, and the three-headed snake pounced towards Su Yan at an astonishing speed, so fast that it was like a lightning bolt across the night sky, leaving people no time to react.

Su Yan gripped the Ten Directions Sword tightly, his arm muscles tensed as he swung it with all his might. In an instant, a stream of incomparably sharp sword energy shot out like lightning. The sword energy was so fast that in the blink of an eye it transformed into a surging, majestic sword stream, like a roaring dragon, swooping forward with its fangs and claws bared.

This river, formed by the convergence of countless sword energies, was incredibly powerful. Wherever it passed, the air was torn apart, emitting bursts of sharp whistling sounds. The entire sky seemed to tremble, and even the earth shook slightly under the impact of this powerful force.

Meanwhile, the three-headed serpent Akumai was not to be outdone. It narrowed its cold eyes, fixed intently on the oncoming stream of swords. Then, its massive body flexibly twisted in the air, meeting the surging sword stream with a strange gesture.

A deafening roar echoed, "BOOM!" The entire world seemed to be shattered by the collision of these two powerful forces. A huge shockwave spread in all directions, uprooting trees, shattering rocks, and sending dust flying.

Shalltear, standing nearby, instinctively covered her ears, a look of surprise on her face. She looked up at the two sides clashing fiercely in the air, secretly marveling at Akumai's powerful attack.

Sylvanas, standing by, stared at the battle in the sky with a serious expression, muttering, "We must hurry and kill it! We can't let it survive any longer!"

Hearing this, Shalltear couldn't help but ask curiously, "What's wrong? Why are you so anxious to kill it?"

Sylvanas took a deep breath and explained, "This guy has the ability to communicate with the Old Gods. If we leave it alone and allow it to live, it won't be long before the Old Gods will recover faster because of its existence. By then, the crisis we face will become extremely serious. Therefore, we must get rid of this hidden danger as soon as possible!" After that, Sylvanas pulled out an arrow flashing with cold light from behind without hesitation, put it on the bowstring, and then aimed at Aku'mai. She released her fingers in an instant, and the arrow shot towards the target as fast as a meteor.

The sky was filled with arrows, like a dense raindrop, hurtling towards Akumai. Although Akumai tried his best to dodge, the arrows were too swift and numerous, and in a split second, several of them struck him. Then, more arrows followed, continuously impacting his body, leaving hideous wounds on his body. Blood gushed out, staining the ground beneath his feet red.

At that moment, Shalltear folded her arms and gracefully leaped up from the side. She gazed down at the now-attacked Akumaier from above, her lips curled up slightly in a scornful smile. "Hmph, it looks like nothing more than that!" With that, she casually waved her hand, and a strange, blood-red light suddenly illuminated. Like a hungry beast, she pounced directly at Akumaier.

As the red light enveloped him, Akumai felt a powerful, sinister force frantically draining his blood. His body shrank at a visible rate, his once robust muscles atrophying and his skin clinging tightly to his bones, as if drained of its life force. Simultaneously, a terrifying energy surged around him, stirring up gusts of wind that rustled the surrounding trees.
