I Rely on Errands to Travel to Another World

Li Ping'an, female, 23 years old, specializes in errand-running services. Punctual, thoughtful, and meticulous, she has received countless positive reviews.

One day, Li Ping'an leaned...

Burial

Burial

Du Xin briefly recounted her experiences in between. Basically, she lost her way not long after she ran away, and ended up hanging out with a group of beggars, making a living by cheating and deceiving people, and learning some skills along the way.

"I actually know nothing," Du Xin swore that she was absolutely not lying. Although she had experienced the destruction of her family when she was young and had thought about finding out the truth, her past experiences had made her memory gradually blurred. By the time she remembered, she had no idea where to start.

Seeing Li Ping'an's suspicious eyes, "I really didn't lie to you. I just felt that everything that happened recently was related to the murderer who killed my family more than ten years ago, so I started investigating."

"Then how did you find out about me?" Li Pingan was a little suspicious.

Du Xin glanced at Li Ping'an, then looked at Sheng Lin beside him, wondering whether he should say it in front of him.

"Go ahead." Li Ping'an saw her hesitation.

"I saw ghosts on your balcony before, two women and one man, and you were chatting." Du Xin whispered, "I originally thought that you were the one who did what happened more than ten years ago, but you don't look like it at your age."

"I was wondering if you were also investigating this matter." So Du Xin secretly hid downstairs of Li Ping'an's building to observe her. Who knew that Li Ping'an had not left the house for several days, and when she finally did go out, she went straight to the airport. She had no choice but to hack into the system and buy a flight to the same destination as Li Ping'an.

Not long after landing, before she could go and talk to Li Ping'an, Li Ping'an had to go back, so Du Xin had no choice but to follow her without stopping.

When Li Ping'an heard that Du Xin had been squatting downstairs of her house for so many days and even followed her, her face was full of colors. She didn't know what to say, but thinking about her past experiences, she could understand. No one came to teach her the things of truth, goodness and beauty. She grew up freely like this, which meant she was born with a high moral standard.

"Are you angry?" Du Xin quietly observed Li Ping'an's face and asked weakly.

Sheng Lin, who was standing by, pouted after hearing Du Xin's experience. He thought his life was miserable enough, but he didn't expect there would be something even more miserable.

"Have you found out anything?" Li Ping'an asked this question without much hope.

Who knows? Du Xin frowned, "I don't know if these two things are related, but I did see a man's face in a video."

As he spoke, Du Xin turned on his phone, opened the hidden album, and found a particularly blurry video. In the distance, corpses were scattered all over the ground. A man in a suit stood aside, and only half of his face could be seen clearly.

"All the surveillance equipment around here has been damaged for various reasons. This is a video I extracted from a surveillance camera on a tower crane far, far away. But it's too far away, and even after repairing it, it's not very clear."

Sheng Lin stared at the small half of the face intently, and suddenly said loudly, "It's him, it's him."

Li Ping'an also felt that this person looked familiar, but he couldn't remember where he had seen him for a moment. Just when Li Ping'an wanted to take a closer look, the video in the mobile phone suddenly made a "sizzling" sound, and then the video turned completely black. Du Xin's face changed. He took back the phone and fiddled with it for a long time, but couldn't fix it.

For a moment, the atmosphere in the living room was somewhat silent. Li Pingan scratched his hair and suddenly said, "Isn't this too coincidental?"

"What?" Sheng Lin didn't know what Li Ping'an meant by this, and Du Xin also put down the phone in his hand.

"I had a premonition that something was going to happen to Wang Wei and the others at home. I was extremely anxious and wanted to stop them. When my motorcycle wouldn't start, you appeared," Li Pingan pointed at Sheng Lin. "You said before that your sixth sense was very accurate, but..."

"I've never had the ability to predict the future," let alone seeing it so clearly. The color and shape of the car, the appearance of the bridge, were all clear, as if leading her there.

Hearing Li Ping'an's words, Sheng Lin's eyes suddenly widened. "I know what's wrong. My plan today will not pass by the street in front of your community."

"Then why did I go there suddenly?" Sheng Lin originally planned to just go to the company for a walk, but his memory after getting in the car was vague. When he woke up again, he saw Li Pingan.

After they finished speaking, they turned to look at Du Xin at the same time. Du Xin was frightened by their serious expressions and swallowed hard. He tried to recall the situation and then shook his head. "No, I just followed the phone location quietly."

"Walked here?" Li Ping'an suddenly remembered, how did Du Xin get here?

Du Xin shook his head and said, "No, I just got a ride."

"After that, where is this car?" Li Ping'an had no recollection of any car on this road.

Du Xin was stunned and explained, "Maybe, let's go."

This explanation is fine, Li Pingan nodded.

Then, he lay back in his chair, looking at the gradually darkening sky. What was he trying to do?

Catch them?

Or kill them?

The big fish and the snake in the river obviously do not belong to the same side. Assuming that the snake is his, then whose is the fish?

In the quiet atmosphere, the sound of suona was faintly heard, and Aunt Lin and Ayan appeared in sight. Aunt Lin's eyes were red, she must have cried.

After the two hugged each other, Ayan returned to Li Ping'an's bracelet. Aunt Lin was still a little lost, lowering her head and wiping her tears, but she didn't ask anything. It was better this way, after all, if Aunt Lin asked, Li Ping'an would have a hard time explaining.

Maybe the atmosphere was too quiet, the faint suona sound seemed louder, "Where does the suona sound come from?" Aunt Lin's voice was choked with sobs.

"I don't know." The three answered in unison.

"Look at me, I'm confused from crying. How could you three possibly know? I'll go out and ask." Aunt Lin said and walked out.

Not long after, Aunt Lin came back with a numb face. "There's another death in Wangjia Village next door."

Before Li Pingan and the other two could ask, Aunt Lin spoke up, "The person who died was a fifteen-year-old boy who hanged himself in his home in the middle of the night."

"Is it suicide?" Li Pingan asked.

Aunt Lin shook her head. "I didn't find out. It's a sin. It's a bad year. So many people died."

It's not a bad year, it's someone's doing something evil, but who would believe that? There's no evidence, it's all based on words.

Several people sat like this until the evening. At ten o'clock, someone came in, packed up the coffin, and put it in the coffin.

Ayan was young and of a low generation, so she could only find a few nephews and nieces who were related to her to cry for her. Aunt Lin was an elder and could not bury Ayan. When they arrived at the field, only a few brothers and sisters of the same generation as Ayan were left. When the last handful of soil fell on the grave, everyone got up and went back.

Li Ping'an and the other two followed at the end. A chilly wind blew, the moonlight dimmed, and a black mass drifted across the moon and flew away. Li Ping'an stopped and said to Du Xin and the others, "You go back first."

"Aren't you going back?" Du Xin was a little confused.

"What are you going to do? Let's go together." Before Sheng Lin finished speaking, Li Ping'an turned around and ran away. His speed was so fast that the two of them were stunned.

The black mass just now might have looked like a dark cloud to others, but Li Pingan saw clearly that it was actually a dozen evil spirits entangled together.

Not sure where they're going, but it's definitely not a good thing.

Running wildly in the direction where the ghost shadow floated away, Li Ping'an saw from afar that the dark cloud was slowly falling down. There were a few small buildings scattered below, which turned out to be a small mountain village.

Li Pingan immediately increased her speed, but when she arrived, it was too late. The ghosts scattered and flew everywhere at the same time. Li Pingan was unable to split herself into two. Just when she was anxious, she saw the bracelet on her hand and could only try her best.

Li Pingan held the bracelet and silently chanted in his heart. After a while, several dark shadows with unclear appearance floated out from it. At first glance, they were no different from those evil spirits. "Go, don't hurt anyone."

When the ghost floated away, Li Ping'an vaguely heard a cold snort, and he had a very bad temper.

Li Ping'an followed him into the village with a sword in hand. It was not a good idea to break into someone else's house illegally, otherwise the evil ghost would not be killed and she would be sued.

Li Pingan, sword in hand, searched for the evil spirits roaming the village. As she thrust her sword into the village, her brow furrowed. Had the runes on the sword worn off? Or had the evil spirits become stronger?

Previously, Li Ping'an could kill one evil ghost with one sword, but now after stabbing it, the evil ghost became even more irritable and needed two swords to kill it.

Not long after, the ghosts that Li Pingan had released earlier came back. "Are they all resolved?"

There was no response. Both sides stared at each other for a long time before one ghost nodded lazily.

"Okay then, you guys keep busy. Remember, don't hurt anyone, and don't hurt the good ghosts. Go ahead."

As soon as Li Pingan said this, several ghosts froze in their places. Although Li Pingan couldn't see their faces clearly, he could sense their surprise. "Go ahead, be quick with your hands and feet."

"Aren't you afraid that we will run away?" A soft female voice came out.

It turns out it can talk, Li Pingan sighed in his heart, then raised the bracelet, "There are runes on it that can restrain you, I know."

Hearing Li Ping'an's words, the woman smiled sweetly and said, "I obey your command."

Then, they disappeared from the spot. Afterwards, several of them left one after another, leaving only one. It stared at Li Pingan and refused to move. "Why don't you leave?"

"I'm protecting you." A voice that is neither male nor female.

"I don't need your protection, so go away." Given their efficiency, one ghost can kill several evil ghosts. It would be a waste to stay with her.

Seeing Li Ping'an's firm attitude, he had no choice but to leave.

Li Pingan sighed deeply, not knowing how many people would die. If this snowball effect continued, it wouldn't be long before there would be more ghosts than people.
