The man and woman exchanged a glance and said, "Put the gun down first."

I frowned and said, "Put it down first!"

The man smiled, without lowering his gun, and said, "Brother, you seem quite anxious. Has something happened? Why don't you tell us? Maybe we can help you?"

I pretended to glance behind me and said in a panic, "You two aren't them, are you?!"

The man said, "What do you mean, 'them'? Are you being chased?"

I nodded and said, "Yes! Someone is chasing me!"

Just then, Fei Lichao appeared silently behind the man and woman. The couple's attention was entirely on me, so they didn't notice Fei Lichao behind them at all.

"Then calm down first. We're not bad people. Let's all put down our guns and talk things over..."

Before the man could finish speaking, Fei Lichao struck him with a blunt object, knocking him unconscious instantly. The woman tried to resist the moment she realized what was happening, but Fei Lichao gave her no chance, delivering a palm strike that knocked her unconscious as well.
