Albert paused for a moment, slightly taken aback.

"Electric propulsion system?"

"What is this thing?"

A hint of doubt flashed in William Blair's eyes as he said uncertainly, "It should be a new type of propulsion method. I suspect it's related to Xia's unusual actions recently."

"For specific details, I think you should ask our NASA administrator."

Albert frowned, then picked up the black landline on the table: "Summon Chief Morton to see me!"

"Oh, and Anthony too, tell him to come over as well."

Half an hour later.

A short, slightly balding man looked nervously at Albert in front of him: "Your Excellency, did you need something from me?"

"Morton, do you know about electric propulsion systems?"

Looking at the slightly balding NASA administrator in front of him, Albert frowned and said, "Information from our intelligence personnel indicates that China is currently researching electric propulsion systems and has canceled its original Long March 10 carrier rocket research project."

Morton paused, then asked incredulously, "Electric propulsion system?"

"Your Excellency, are you sure it's an electric propulsion system?"

Albert's brow furrowed even deeper: "Of course, I can be sure!"

Morton chuckled, and the tension on his face vanished.

He shrugged slightly and said irritably, "Your Excellency, if I may be so bold, the electric propulsion system is rubbish."

"Let the Xia Kingdom do the research; I don't think they can achieve anything from it!"
