Shang Ning pouted and slammed the car door shut. "Go ahead, Master. To the airport." Shang Ning said, watching the car drive away before calling Jin Yining.

The phone rang for a while before being answered; it was the assistant.

"Sister-in-law, Brother Ning is filming," the assistant said from the other end. "I'll talk to Brother Ning in a bit."

"It's okay, he's busy with his own things. Just tell him his sister has gone back, I'm fine."

"Okay, sister-in-law."

After hanging up the phone, Shang Ning thought for a moment and then took a taxi back to school.

When Shang Ning arrived at school, He Zhiyan had just returned from self-study. Seeing the ramen Shang Ning was carrying, he asked, "Did you buy it from the supermarket downstairs in dormitory building number three?"

Shang Ning nodded and raised the plastic bag in his hand. It was one of those bags that cost one cent each, the kind that were given away for free when you bought flour bags.

“When I went to buy it before, the shopkeeper wouldn’t even look at me. He would just greet me and say, ‘Professor Shang is here.’ But when I went today, the lady there was really enthusiastic and said, ‘Are you Jin Yingdi’s girlfriend? My daughter really likes him. Can I get an autograph?’”

He Zhiyan chuckled softly and went back to the family compound with Shang Ning. "You rarely used to hang out at school, and quite a few people were actually afraid of you. But you're much better now. You seem more approachable."

Back at the family compound, Shang Ning opened the door and leaned against it, looking at He Zhiyan. "Jin Yining's sister is just a spoiled brat who couldn't handle it for a while and caused you trouble."

"It's nothing, I could tell." He Zhiyan chuckled softly. "So you left?"

"I'm leaving." Shang Ning nodded, and just as she was about to say something, the door opposite opened. Shang Ning saw An Li's expression change slightly, pursed her lips and nodded as a greeting, then turned and went home.

An Li's expression didn't look good the moment she saw Shang Ning. "What's she doing here?"

He Zhiyan's smile faded, and he turned to go home. "This is a house that Jin Yining bought. What's wrong with her coming here as Jin Yining's wife?"

An Li's face darkened further after being rebuked by her son. She went inside and closed the door. "So you know she's married? Why don't you stay away from her?"

"Mom, I'm tired, I'm going to sleep." He Zhiyan said, putting the book in his hand on the table and going back to his room.

“He Zhiyan, let me tell you something, He Zhiyan…” An Li followed her son to the door, but He Zhiyan had already closed it. An Li turned to her husband and said, “Old He, look at your son’s attitude.”

"Alright, they're about to get married. How can you be happy if you keep clinging to the child?" Professor He glanced helplessly at his wife. "Do you only feel happy when you drive our son away?"

Shang Ning wanted to say that the soundproofing in this residential compound wasn't very good, and their door wasn't closed properly, so Shang Ning could hear everything.

Looking down at the noodles in her hand, she went to the kitchen to get a bowl and chopsticks, then sat on the carpet and ate the noodles while making Sun and Moon Shining Together, pretending she hadn't heard what had just happened.

When Jin Yining's video came over, Shang Ning was almost finished with the final step. She took the video, placed it on the phone stand, and watched the light and shadow on the computer screen while eating.

"What are you making? What are you eating?"

"The noodles at our school supermarket are especially delicious. I'll buy you some next time you come." Shang Ning took a bite of noodles, saved the video, and then looked at the person in the video. "I saw the internal page. It will probably be announced tomorrow, but I still haven't seen what benefit they get from announcing this."
