In the end, it was Jiang Min who ended the monster's life.

He went to where the hand was. "Cen Yu?"

“Here,” Cen Yu replied from across the monster pile, his voice muffled by some objects in between.

Jiang Min looked around at the pile of monsters and thought it was indeed a good place to play hide-and-seek. He didn't see He Yuxing, but he guessed that the other party was probably hiding among the monsters as well.

He really didn't understand why Cen Yu always felt that this "angel" was some kind and good person.

Cen Yu seemed to have been deceived by some fairy tale, believing that angels had come to save them.

Unfortunately, now is not the time to talk about this, Jiang Min thought.

The broadcast above started another round of hide-and-seek announcements, and Jiang Min had to find a new place to hide.

The countdown above my head ended again.

Cen Yu heard an unusual noise, very light footsteps.

He Yuxing's wings covered Cen Yu, seemingly trying to block him, but Cen Yu pushed them aside—

“Guoguo.” Cen Yu looked at the little girl.

Are you Guoguo?

The little girl looked at her, and she reached out her hand... Cen Yu felt her wrist snap instantly.

Guoguo looked at her, her innocent expression gone, and stared blankly at Cen Yu. "Who are you?"

As soon as she finished asking the question, countless feathers instantly appeared on the back of her body.

These feathers, no longer as gentle and harmless as before, transformed into the sharpest blades, threatening to sever her body... He Yuxing twisted his wrist; if he clenched his fist, the feathers would pierce her.

Cen Yu pressed down on He Yuxing's wrist, which was about to turn.
