Ai Cao was bound to a system under the Heaven's Will.
The skills provided by the system allow men to get pregnant, using their bodies as nourishment (upon death) to birth new life.
...
In a private room closest to the booth, the man sitting in the main seat had a gloomy face and once again quoted a new high price.
He, once the star cluster leader of the empire, has now been framed by treacherous people and can only flee that place with his possessions.
The man gritted his teeth in resentment at the thought that his former adjutant had taken his place.
That spot belonged only to him... The man looked down at his stomach, and the hand that had been pounding down on it softened considerably when it landed on his stomach.
This was his bargaining chip in negotiations with the Empire. But the thought that his only remaining value was this womb caused his expression to shift again, becoming unpredictable.
It had been a long time since he last made a bid, and no new bids had been submitted.
So, he will get the "Bone of Adam"?
Will he get another tool that allows him to summon women?
Thinking of this, the man felt another unexpected surge of joy.
His eyes were fixed on the monitor beside him. Then, his gaze settled on the screen.
The bid was successful.
"Great!" He laughed loudly, slamming his fist on the table beside him. "There's definitely no one who would dare to oppose the Empire... huh?"
A new data stream appeared on the screen.
The man stared at the screen, opening his mouth: "How could this be..." The screen in front of him displayed static and garbled characters—symbols he had never seen before that disturbed his heartstrings.
But soon, everything on the screen disappeared.
After a brief silence, the man tried touching the screen again.
But the display screen did not respond.
"No...no!" He stood up in a panic.
He decided to leave the private room and find out what was going on.
Outside the private room.
Nana, who was half-squatting, had just assembled a compression gun that Ai Cao often used. At Ai Cao's strong request, she then assembled a machine gun.
Ai Cao had a gun hanging on her body, and then she picked up a machine gun.
The robot guarding the Golden Hall had its eyes turn slightly red and emitted a beeping alarm. But when Nana glanced in its direction, its red eyes were extinguished by the data stream.
Ai Cao laughed loudly and took two steps to stand on her seat.
The venue was packed with people. Most eyes were fixed on the small machine on the display stand, and only a few noticed the fair-skinned young boy.
Until Ai Cao pulled back the bolt of the machine gun.
The machine guns of the interstellar era made very little noise. Their working principle was probably to compress air and then rapidly fire the bullets… The sound of the air exploding was completely drowned out by the noise from the circular display stand.
There were initial sounds of bidding, but after Ai Cao fired the first burst of bullets, accompanied by the sound of bullets piercing bodies, sporadic screams emerged. However, the screams were not enough to drown out the bidding.
Those around them were the first to fall.
Sitting in their chairs, they still retained the expressions they had before their deaths.
Shock, curses, and a deep-seated fear.
The brief moment of shock stretched into eternity, the curses were frozen in the instant before they were uttered, only the fear remained.
Ai Cao, carrying a machine gun, walked through the row where they were sitting. She and Nana had a clear division of labor—she was responsible for clearing the front, and Nana was responsible for clearing the back. With a clear division of labor, the work wasn't tiring.
Ai Cao slowly walked forward, carrying a machine gun.
When the mugwort was halfway cleared, the men further ahead could no longer drown out the clamor with their bidding.
Some of them stood up and rushed towards the exit; others remained seated, confidently stating the price they would pay to leave.
They scattered and fled, only to die under machine gun fire; and the confident smiles on the faces of those who had offered to pay for their lives froze on their pale faces.
After cleaning up the back, Nana wiped the blood and engine oil off her hands and went to the front to meet up with Ai Cao.
Here, the mugwort is confronting several men.
"Young man, let's talk this out," said the man in the lead.
He was tall and imposing, with elegantly defined muscles. Several equally muscular men stood behind him.
"Negotiation?" Ai Cao raised the corner of her mouth and asked.
"Yes, young man, you're a smart one," the man said with a forced smile.
"What a pity."
Ai Cao smiled. She removed her disguise and smiled at the man in front of her: "What a pity, I'm not a little brother."
She then pulled the trigger.
The men in front of her collapsed like weeds blown by a strong wind.
Nana stood to the side, silently watching her finish killing these people, before saying, "The rear has been cleared."
Ai Cao smiled and blew on the hot muzzle of the gun: "Then let's go and clear out those in front."
Nana nodded.
At the back of the hall, a small robot with green eyes silently passed through the golden hall filled with corpses.
Its leg was pulled, and a man hidden under the corpse whispered, "Save me... You have an agreement, right? You can't watch me die!"
The metal on the lower half of the robot's face moved.
That could perhaps be considered a smile.
But it raised its hand without mercy—its hand, made entirely of metal, slammed into his head.
The man's head was like a block of tofu; it went limp silently after she hit it like that.
The metal on the lower half of the little robot's face moved up and down again. It—or rather, it—smiled again.
“Yes, I can’t watch you die,” she said to the now-silent corpse, “but I can choose not to watch you die.”
She had her eyes closed, so why hold her back and give her this opportunity?
She said, "I can understand Nana a little better now... It's actually quite satisfying to hit her on the head like that."
The screams she could hear gradually faded. More and more people became corpses.
"You woman!"
She had just finished threshing a load of mugwort and turned to look. Suddenly, a man she was somewhat familiar with appeared before her.
The former star cluster leader was furious.
Ai Cao shrugged and raised the gun barrel toward his face.
