Quick Transmigration: I Use the Male Fertility System to Stabilize the World

Ai Cao was bound to a system under the Heaven's Will.

The skills provided by the system allow men to get pregnant, using their bodies as nourishment (upon death) to birth new life.

Chapter 41 A Yandere Vampire Prince Falls in Love with a Poor Girl (9)

When she heard the bishop say "vampire hunter," Ai Cao quickly glanced at Lillian.

Lillian showed no particular reaction to those words. Like a mountain fairy, the girl stared excitedly at the mugwort, just as before.

Ai Cao asked, "What is a vampire hunter?"

The bishop's smile softened further. She explained kindly, "A vampire hunter is someone who can kill vampires."

Ai Cao retorted, "What you said is as good as saying nothing at all."

The bishop smiled without a trace of guilt. She said, "But you should know what I mean."

A ripple of emotion rose and then subsided in her calm eyes.

The bishop looked peacefully into Ai Cao's eyes and said, "I am the messenger of the Lord." She paused, and seeing that Ai Cao did not intend to respond, she continued, "The Lord has told me where you came from and where you are going."

Artemisia laughed: "Your Lord would tell you things that even I myself don't know?"

She asked the system, "What kind of being is the god of this world? Explain yourself."

The system whispered, "Have you ever had contact with a god?"

"without."

After a moment's hesitation, the system said, "He is an omniscient and omnipotent being. Although you are not an ordinary human, God can still see through the essence of your soul."

"Some gods like humans, and some don't. It seems that the gods of this world are the kind who like humans."

"Maybe you can cooperate with God," the system encouraged.

Ai Cao was still thinking about what to say to curse the system when the bishop in front of her spoke.

The bishop said gently, “Yes. The Lord told me these things, which is why, under His guidance, I delayed my bedtime last night to welcome you.”

Lillian, who was standing nearby, also said, "Although there are still many things I can't do right now, I've heard about my sister from them."

She laughed and said, "They said... even if they were right in front of my sister, she wouldn't see them at all."

Her face flushed slightly: "I... I heard that my sister will leave this world, so I rushed over here."

Ai Cao smiled and patted the top of her head.

Lillian asked, "When will my sister leave?"

Ai Cao smiled and said, "I'm not leaving right now..."

The bishop calmly added between her words, "She will leave when the world can return to the Lord's embrace."

Artemisia glanced at the bishop.

Perhaps her expression was too fierce, for the bishop's smile faltered, but he continued with a smile, "Alright, so you'll only leave after the vampires are wiped out?"

She deliberately added a hint of doubt at the end of her words to make them sound less certain. But Ai Cao was still a little angry.

"Are you really not planning to become a vampire hunter?" the bishop tilted his head and asked. "Never mind, even without those weapons, you can still kill vampires, right?"

Hearing the bishop mention weapons, Ai Cao couldn't help but feel a little tempted.

The bishop continued laughing: "But the church provides vampire hunters with silver bullets, pistols, and holy water..."

When the topic of weapons came up, Ai Cao looked at the bishop again and felt that she was now radiating a holy light.

The bishop continued, "They also provide free medical treatment and support for relatives..."

Ai Cao thought for a moment and asked, "Will you take care of Lillian?"

Lillian was startled when she heard her name called. She opened her mouth, looked at Artemisia, and then at the bishop.

The bishop smiled: "The church does not protect witches."

Lillian frowned and said, "I don't need to be taken care of." She rarely showed such a firm attitude. "I'm capable of protecting myself."

The bishop just smiled.

Artemisia looked at Lillian: "I'm just concerned about your safety—just like you'd worry about me."

Lillian pouted.

Ai Cao turned her head, silently stared at the bishop for two seconds, then spread her hands and said, "Alright, I'll be a vampire hunter."

The bishop gently replied, "The first target is one of the owners of the castle you visited."

She slowly pulled a portrait from her pocket. The portrait depicted a young man with deep-set eyes, the very same vampire protagonist that Ai Cao had once met.

Artemisia agreed.

The bishop turned around: "I'll take you to get your weapons."

Ai Cao and Lillian followed the bishop for a while and entered a small room in the church, only a dozen square meters in size. The bishop pressed a few buttons on the wall of the room, and one wall of the room opened up to reveal a wall of weapons neatly arranged inside.

At the top are light and small pistols, in the middle are rifles, and at the bottom are a jumble of firearms.

On the other side were stacks of various bullets gleaming in the sunlight, with a box underneath them weighed down by the bullets.

Ai Cao let out a soft "Wow," quickly walked to the pistol, picked one up, and started playing with it. She instinctively pulled back the bolt, then snapped it shut amidst the system's scream.

The bishop gently moved the bullet aside and pulled out the bottom box. She lifted the lid of the box and smiled at Ai Cao, saying, "Remember to take some holy water."

Lillian stood beside Artemisia, looking around curiously. She reached out to touch the cold guns, then withdrew her hand before actually touching them.

Ai Cao responded to the bishop's words, first taking a pack of bullets and putting it in her pocket before looking at the box. Inside the box were neatly stacked bullets, their appearance no different from the others. Ai Cao picked up a bullet and shook it, hearing a faint gurgling sound, like water, coming from inside.

Ai Cao asked, "Is this filled with holy water?"

The bishop smiled and nodded, saying, "Yes."

Ai Cao squeezed the bullet casing and continued, "What if I got hit by this kind of bullet..."

The bishop smiled: "Don't worry, vampires don't use such low-level tools as guns." For the first time, a mocking expression appeared on her face, but before Ai Cao could really catch it, the bishop's expression returned to a flawless smile.

Seemingly sensing that Ai Cao still had doubts, the bishop thought for a moment, then calmly reached out, took a holy water bullet, and swallowed it.

“Even if you eat it, it won’t harm you,” the bishop said.

Ai Cao gave a dry "Okay." Seeing Lillian still staring at the gun, she asked, "Don't you know how to use a gun?"

Lillian blinked. A smile played on her lips as she picked up a delicate little pistol and pulled the trigger. The pistol made a dull click as Lillian removed the magazine.

“It’s not that I don’t know how to use a gun. It’s just… this gun has bullets in it,” Lillian said with a laugh. “No wonder they wouldn’t let me pull the safety.”

Her lips curled up even higher. A subtle, almost inhuman quality emanated from her gentle smile.

The bishop smiled and patted Lillian's head: "She can't see them."

Lillian blinked, a little embarrassed, and said, "I'm sorry, Sister Artemisia. I was chatting with them for too long and forgot we were still here."

Ai Cao rubbed her head a couple of times and laughed, letting the matter drop.

She asked the system, "Can I put them into the male protagonist's stomach?"
