Please collect my column~~~~~ Behind every passionate and earth-shattering love story, there are countless cannon fodders.
Shen Wangshu, who has been transmigrating into cannon fodder in ever...
“If they didn’t come out, it’s probably because they still have food.” Shen Wangshu finally managed to pull Ah Xuan down from the roof of the car, then turned and said gently, “Perhaps they know you mean well, but they don’t dare gamble with their family’s safety.” She paused, then smiled and said, “I want to thank Ah Tu. If it weren’t for him watching over Mom and Dad, I wouldn’t be at ease.” Her voice was gentle, and her eyes were delicate. Ah Tu was stunned, as if he had been healed, and then laughed heartily. His voice was booming, and he certainly looked more like a thug.
Shen Wangshu smiled and glanced at Nan Lan.
With subordinates like these, Nan Lan probably didn't do anything good in the past.
Nan Lan silently turned her head away.
"No matter what you've done, you'll always be my best friend," Shen Wangshu said gently.
"Don't tell your aunt," Nan Lan said slowly after a pause.
She was honest and reliable in front of Ning's mother, and Shen Wangshu felt inferior to her, so she snorted.
She was talking to Nan Lan when she felt her clothes being tugged hard. Turning her head, she saw a face covered in blood.
Ah Xuan looked at her unhappily.
"Aren't you ashamed?" After seeing Ah Xuan, Shen Wangshu couldn't think of anyone else. She smiled and patted Ah Xuan's hair.
Nan Lan, her lips twitching, carried a bag of milk powder into the villa. A-Guang followed closely behind. A-Tu, however, looked at Shen Wangshu and A-Xuan with great interest. He seemed very curious about how humans and zombies could fall in love, but after being threatened by a zombie's roar, he trembled and sheepishly left. Once everyone had left, Shen Wangshu conjured a large water sphere in her hand.
She brought the water balloon closer to Ah Xuan and began washing the blood off his body.
In the blink of an eye, the clear water sphere turned red. Shen Wangshu tossed it aside and then washed Ah Xuan with clean water.
After several washes, Ah Xuan regained his handsome and clean appearance.
Shen Wangshu's gaze fell on his arm, and her eye twitched slightly.
The gruesome wounds on my arm have been reduced to faint traces.
"How did it get better?" Do zombies have such powerful regenerative abilities? Shen Wangshu pointed to his arm in confusion.
Ah Xuan was squinting, waiting for Shen Wangshu to wash him again. Hearing this, he tilted his head as if thinking, and then took out a cloth bag from his bosom.
He opened it, letting the crystal cores inside roll out and land in his stiff palm.
Several crystal-clear nuclei were rolling inside, but Shen Wangshu had a sharper eye and picked out two of the more translucent ones.
The two crystal cores were angular and sharp, their edges shimmering with an even brighter light, each seemingly containing a flowing energy. Shen Wangshu sensed that this energy was incredibly abundant, far exceeding that of the zombie she had encountered in the supermarket. Remembering Ah Xuan's roar earlier, her eyes twitched slightly as she pinched the two crystal cores and asked in surprise, "Is this the reason you were injured?"
Ah Xuan couldn't understand such complicated words, so he simply pushed the crystal core into Shen Wangshu's hand.
He made two gurgling sounds, pressed himself against Shen Wangshu's shoulder, and buried his cold face in Shen Wangshu's warm neck.
Even at this point, he was still thinking of Shen Wangshu.
Shen Wangshu grasped the two crystal cores and turned to touch Ah Xuan's hair.
This person... is already dead, but he still keeps what he considers important to himself.
A slight smile appeared in her eyes. After thinking for a moment, she stroked Ah Xuan's hair and turned her head to kiss his ear.
He was numb, lying motionless on Shen Wangshu's shoulder, unaware of her intimacy. Shen Wangshu, however, felt no disappointment. She ruffled Ah Xuan's hair, watching him lick his face, unconcerned that the blood-soaked youth had soiled her clothes. She and Ah Xuan cuddled for a while before she pulled him back to the villa.
Inside the villa, Ning's father and mother were helplessly drinking a glass of milk.
There was also a cup with a faint steam rising from it, clearly reserved for Shen Wangshu.
"I'm too old for that, I don't drink," Shen Wangshu said, both amused and exasperated.
"How old is Dad? Hasn't Dad had any tea?" Ning's father, a cultured man, who had always only drunk a cup of tea and two snacks, said with a hint of resentment.
“I had some too, and it tasted pretty good.” A-Tu honestly downed a glass of milk in one gulp.
"Drink it while you can. You might not get to drink it again later." Nan Lan didn't drink it herself, but tossed her cup to the shortest boy, A Guang. Seeing the boy holding the milk cup with a grateful expression, she didn't understand why he was looking at her with starry eyes, but she found that gaze a little irritating. She turned to Shen Wangshu and frowned, saying, "I asked my uncle and aunt, and they know who lives in those villas. Some of the families there are said to be good people. We have supplies..." She paused, then asked Shen Wangshu, "What do you think we should do?"
Seeing that Shen Wangshu was covered in blood, she coughed and said, "Go change your clothes first."
“Ah Xuan, come with me.” Ah Xuan also had bloodstains on him, and Shen Wangshu nodded and said to him.
The zombie seemed to tilt its ear, as if it had heard something, and then darted out of the villa.
He became much more active after becoming a zombie, but having experienced the city, Shen Wangshu knew she didn't need to worry too much about Ah Xuan. She turned her gaze away and went upstairs to change into clean clothes.
She hesitated for a moment, then put on the snow-white jacket she had brought back from the supermarket.
"I think it's good to help, but we can't just help blindly. That's not helping, it's harming them." Shen Wangshu sat opposite Nan Lan, watching her nod with pursed lips, unable to discern her thoughts, but said with a smile, "If they are truly desperate, we can save their lives, but we can't protect them forever. Didn't we bring back our supplies at great personal risk?"
