Meanwhile, Sui Yi and Luo Jingli leaped to a small hill outside the village in an instant. There was no one else there, so Sui Yi stopped there and waited for the zombie king to follow.

A minute later, the Zombie King arrived and stood behind Suiyi.

Sui Yi turned around and looked at the zombie king. She saw that it was not much different from a human, except that its eyes were red, which would easily give it away!

The reason Sui Yi initially appeared entirely human was simply due to a system cheat, preventing anyone from recognizing her as a zombie. However, this doesn't apply to zombies, as they still possess a natural affinity for each other.

The zombie king watched as Sui Yi sized him up, and he looked at her with apprehension, even secretly on guard.

"Not bad, King level, and it's lightning-type." Sui Yi nodded, looking at him with admiration.

"You are the king of my zombie race, why do you associate with humans?" The zombie king spoke, sensing an extremely dangerous aura, one from Sui Yi, and the other from the man who followed his king.

"Ha! Don't be so stingy. Who says zombies can't live with humans?"

"Humans are all despicable and shameless!" the Zombie King roared, clearly indicating that he had suffered greatly at the hands of humans.

"Ahem, young man, you were human back then too, isn't it a bit inappropriate to say that?" Sui Yi's lips twitched, utterly speechless.

"I deeply regret ever thinking I was human," the zombie king said disdainfully.

"Don't generalize! There are still good people in this world," Sui Yi continued.

The zombie king seemed to have realized something and stopped arguing.

"Tell me! How did you become a zombie?" Sui Yi was very curious. Judging from the timeline, among zombies of his level, besides herself, reaching this point was quite lucky!

"Hmph! It's all because of those despicable people. Three months ago, I was still human." The zombie king's tone was full of malice.

"I'm fine. In the end, I should thank him, otherwise I wouldn't have met you." Luo Jingli looked at her somber expression, walked over, and said gently.
