Joan smiled at her and said, "I don't think I can beat you, but I still want to give it a try."

Ye Jiu clasped her hands in a fist salute and said, "You're very capable."

"Is this the ceremony before the start of the Eastern competition?" Seeing Ye Jiu nod, she followed suit, "Let's begin."

The students Qiong and Ye Jiu had encountered before were qualitatively different. However, she didn't need to use her full strength. But out of respect for her, Ye Jiu used her first elemental magic in two days.

“Huoyanyanyi”

A strong wind carrying raging flames rushed straight towards Qiong's door. She summoned a wall of water to block the attack, but the wall was not thick enough to completely extinguish the flames, and she jumped up to avoid the remaining fire.

Then she stopped, raised her hand, and said, "Teacher, I admit defeat!"

She needed to cut her losses in time. From the fire magic she had just witnessed, she could sense that Ye Jiu was on a completely different level from her. If she wanted to, she could make herself lose miserably.

Joan's words caused an uproar, but when they recalled the fire magic they had just received, they felt it was understandable. They knew they wouldn't have handled it as well as Joan, and might have even gotten hurt.

Knowing you can't win a match but still forcing yourself to go through with it will only add more injuries to yourself and bring you no benefit whatsoever.

The referee announced the result, and Qiong walked up to Ye Jiu and bumped fists with her, saying, "You're amazing! But I'll try my best to catch up with you."

She raised her eyebrows. "Next time, I won't admit defeat."

"Alright, I'll wait for you to challenge me."

Ye Jiu won the opening exam with unstoppable momentum and obtained the multi-element potion.

Unfortunately, neither she nor Lorien needed it, so it became Ye Jiu's experimental subject.

Aurora ran over to find Ye Jiu as soon as the match ended.

"Good morning, Ms. Aurora," Ye Jiu greeted her.

“Good afternoon, Ye Jiu.” Aurora lifted her skirt. “I wanted to ask if you are interested in selling this multi-element potion? I’ve wanted to study it for a long time, but I haven’t been able to find one. I can offer money or a shop, whatever you want.”

Ye Jiu waved the potion in her hand, "So how much is it worth?"

After careful consideration, Aurora replied, "We can buy half of Jay's shop."

Ye Jiu's mouth dropped open; that really was incredibly valuable.

"Can I have ownership of a whole forest?"

"Huh?" Aurora found it unbelievable. "Which forest is it?"

"The El Forest is located next to the town of Abik, which is where I grew up."

Ye Jiu has wanted ownership of that forest for a long time. Although no one usually cares, if someone tries to develop it, her forest cabin will only be destroyed.
