Yin Zhu had already noticed it when she turned around.

These monsters had almost finished eating, and the only reason they didn't leave the restaurant was to use the restroom, or rather, to take advantage of the rules and hide in the restroom.

Based on the rules of the Ooeyama Royal Palace, Yin Zhu immediately guessed their intentions.

Yin Zhu thought that if she could sell popcorn at the restaurant entrance, she might be able to make a profit.

Just as he was about to leave, he saw the last female ghost to come out looking at him suspiciously as he stood at the door.

Touching her nose, Yin Zhu looked at her with a puzzled expression.

What do you want to ask?

But...we can't speak!

Before the two could even stare at each other, Yin Zhu heard the sound of banging on the restaurant door, followed by a moment of silence, then a chaotic sound of things being thrown around, and finally, only screams could be heard.

Clearly, the ghost servant who neither managed to get to the toilet nor escaped must have made a desperate attempt to survive, possibly even causing chaos in the restaurant.

Unfortunately, Shuten-dōji's rules were not something she could defy.

The female ghost outside the door also wanted to ask Yin Zhu something, but the rules forbade her to speak. In the end, she glanced at Yin Zhu several times and could only leave.

After she walked away, Yin Zhu slowly headed towards her staff dormitory, not really taking what had just happened to heart. Anyway, the female ghost had only asked her what she wanted or why she hadn't left yet, and Yin Zhu couldn't answer her. She figured they'd just have to make do.

Since the first place she went to was Room 250, Yin Zhu hardly needed to look at the signs on her way back.

The key point of this rule is the "right to reside in the room".

In other words, you need to obtain an identity token to stay in a room at the Oeyama Royal Palace, and you need to sleep in the correct room. If you sleep in the wrong room, something bad might happen.

When I entered the room, there were only four roommates inside.

The four ghost servants were all pleasing to the eye, but since they couldn't communicate, Yin Zhu didn't know what kind of ghosts they were. He could only sigh in his heart: Shuten-dōji really knows how to enjoy life.

After tidying up her spot, Yin Zhu noticed that the copy of "New Rules of the Ghost Realm" that she used to keep in her dormitory was gone.

Looking around at her roommates, each busy with their own things, Yin Zhu couldn't guess which of them had taken it, but it didn't matter, one is one, the more the merrier.

As I was getting ready for bed, something suddenly came to mind.

8. Pray to the shrine once a day.

After all, that's what Yin Zhu herself wrote in her rules.

I had just finished praying at the shrine when the dormitory door was opened.

A tall female ghost walked in. She looked at the unfamiliar face of Yin Zhu with surprise and pity in her eyes.

Yin Zhu was speechless.

Don't give me that "I'm doomed" look!

The tall female ghost posted her work schedule on the wall above her bed. Only then did Yin Zhu realize that her other roommates were doing the same thing. Taking advantage of her good eyesight, Yin Zhu also noticed that the five roommates had different jobs.

Some went to help in the kitchen, some went to clean, and some went to the fishpond to feed the fish.

However, considering the size of the Ōeyama Royal Palace, there must be a lot of areas that need cleaning, which explains the large number of demon servants. Another roommate with a baby face pointed to the clock in the room, then to Yin Zhu's bed, and finally returned to her own bed. She slept in the bed opposite Yin Zhu, sat on her bed, waved to Yin Zhu, and gave her a sweet smile. If Yin Zhu didn't know that she was also a female ghost, she would feel like she had returned to her student days.
