"Alright, I've decided to upgrade successfully today!" Li Changge pointed to the sky with one finger, setting a goal.

He then took a steel hammer from his toolbox, picked up a wooden board, and got to work.

Li Changge didn't know how many planks he would need to successfully upgrade, but he knew the more the better.

So he spent an afternoon turning three thousand logs into one thousand ordinary planks.

Li Changge finally breathed a sigh of relief when the sun went down.

"Finally, the planks were finished before sunset. Let's take advantage of the remaining sunshine and repair the raft first."

"Crack open, and bring me my hammer."

Li Changge stood at the front of the raft and called out to the back. Beside him were more than twenty planks that the Azure Bull Python had just brought over.

The bottom of the raft had been almost completely bitten through by sharks, leaving him no choice but to jump in and begin restoring its sturdiness.

This project took Li Changge another two hours.

By the time he went up, darkness had completely enveloped the world; there was no sunlight, and the subsequent upgrade work could not proceed.

It's impossible to carry out any work using only the light from the steamer.

"There's no other way, we'll just have to do it tomorrow," Li Changge said helplessly.
