However, in the middle of the night, Li Mai and Zhou Quan were still awakened by the unfamiliar presence that suddenly appeared around them.

Zhou Quan hummed in agreement, got dressed, went through the back door to the backyard, climbed onto the roof, and stood behind the two men. He asked casually, "Why are you here again?"

It disturbed the pregnant woman's rest.

They had dealt with these two people several times already; they were from the Heaven and Earth Alliance.

"Young master, we knew you would sense our approach. Hehe, please, young master and madam, save our boss." The two men turned around upon hearing the voice, saw Zhou Quan behind them, and immediately knelt down with a thud, sobbing.

"We're already being lenient by not wiping out your Heaven and Earth Alliance, and now you want us to rescue your boss?" Zhou Quan thought he had misheard.

“Young master, ever since you moved to town, our boss has forbidden us from going out to bully the people or steal chickens and dogs. We’ve been very well-behaved this year.”

"However, recently a reckless group has come to our town and clashed with us several times. They are even more ruthless than before. They steal children from the villagers, dig out their hearts and soak them in alcohol to drink. They are also targeting the surrounding villages and towns."

"After our Heaven and Earth Alliance first discovered this, our leader wanted to come and tell you two, but you weren't in town. After saying that, they quickly used their lightness skills to go back to their Heaven and Earth Alliance headquarters to see if their boss was still alive.

As soon as they finished speaking, the two figures disappeared into the courtyard.

They went over and told everyone inside to leave. The two of them squatted down, and Zhou Quan used his spiritual power to protect the other person's heart meridian first, while Li Mai then began to use her spiritual power to heal the other person's wounds.

After the time it takes for an incense stick to burn, the leader was out of danger. Of course, for the outermost wound, Li Mai treated it the same way a regular doctor would, applying hemostatic powder and then bandaging it up to allow it to heal slowly.
