It had fluffy gray fur, sharp teeth that gleamed coldly in the moonlight, and two small eyes that flashed with an eerie red light.

Song An stared wide-eyed in horror, almost unable to believe what he was seeing. His voice trembled, "Mother...you...how did you become like this?"

Old Mrs. Song let out a chilling laugh, a sound that seemed to come from the depths of hell. "Hmph, what is this price to pay for the path of the Ghost Immortal? Now, tell me everything you know, where exactly is the Ghost Pearl?"

Song An retreated repeatedly, his heart filled with despair.

He never imagined that his mother's appearance would turn into such a terrifying monster.

"I don't know, I don't know where the Ghost Pearl is!" he shouted.

Old Mrs. Song's eyes grew even fiercer as she approached Song An step by step. "You'd better tell the truth, or I won't let you off the hook," her voice was full of threat.

Looking at the terrifying monster before him, Song An was filled with remorse.
