The last day for new student registration.

Ji Yanchen drove a rather unassuming SUV to take Shi Miao to Tsinghua University.

The two arrived quite early; there weren't many cars parked on the roadside.

Shi Miao put away her phone, pulled up her baseball cap, and got out of the car nimbly.

Ji Yanchen took a suitcase from the trunk, pulled her over to her side, and took her hand. "Are you really going to live on campus?"

Shi Miao yawned, looking a little sleepy, and nodded slightly. "Yes, convenient."

Tsinghua University requires all first-year students to live on campus.

Shi Miao was assigned to a four-person dormitory room with bunk beds and desks underneath, and the students' names were posted next to the beds.

When the two entered, the dormitory was empty.

Shi Miao coughed. "I just grabbed a bottle when I left. If you're not thirsty, then forget it."

Ji Yanchen chuckled, stepped forward, took the water bottle from the girl's hand, tilted his head back and took a big gulp, then handed it back to her, his eyes filled with a faint smile, "Close it."

Shi Miao: "..."

Just then, the cell phone rang.

Shi Miao screwed the bottle cap back on, picked up the phone on the table, and pressed the answer button. "Hello."

"Sister Miao, are you and my uncle back together yet?" Ji Sinian's voice came from the other end of the phone.

Shi Miao bent down and took out several foreign language books from her suitcase, placing them on the bookshelf. "Not yet, but soon."

"Which building are you in? I'll wait for you downstairs at your dorm."

Shi Miao and Ji Yanchen packed their things and went downstairs without staying in the dormitory for long.

Ji Sinian waved to the two people coming out of the apartment building and called out, "Sister Miao, Uncle."

Shi Miao glanced at him lazily and said casually, "Next time for sure."

Ji Sinian took Shi Miao to complete the enrollment procedures, get her campus card, and then strolled around the campus.
