An African college student transmigrates into a vampire. He initially wants to live a carefree life but ends up becoming a powerful minister supporting the dragon.
This tells the story of a v...
Yun Zhe was extremely troubled by his unit's poor performance last night. So the next morning, Yun Zhe spent the entire morning practicing simple movements such as left and right turns and marching in step.
Given the poor performance of the two 100-man teams last night, and the competitive spirit ignited in their captains, the soldiers, despite the tedious and boring training, still took it all very seriously, barely daring to breathe.
Within Gao's hundred-man squad, everyone was seeing their captain with such a grim and terrifying face for the first time. In the first hour of the morning, almost every one of them had been kicked in the backside by their usually amiable captain. Meanwhile, on the other side, the usually taciturn Caroline was cursing and spewing threats. The unfamiliarity instilled a sense of fear in even his soldiers.
Yun Zhe became the kindest person that day. Every time he gave an order, he would run around correcting their mistakes and pointing out points of attention. They practiced repeatedly, did extra practice alone, and used all sorts of methods, but even so, the results of the morning were extremely low.
Yun Zhe thought for a moment and realized that this method would not only tire him out but also be inefficient. So he discussed it with Gao and Caroline, deciding that one team would send five men, the other four, plus the two captains, for a total of eleven. Yun Zhe had the other soldiers continue their strength training and then began training these eleven men. He planned that once they were well-trained, they could then train the others.
Sure enough, the effect began to improve significantly.
Yun Zhe knew that his training was quite unconventional in this world. To avoid embarrassing everyone, he deliberately chose an open space where no one was around.
But secrets never stay hidden forever. During the days Yun Zhe was training, the others couldn't find their troops anywhere. Not only were Andrew and his knights surprised, but even Serena became curious.
But ultimately, it was Ellie who exposed the whereabouts of Yun Zhe's troops. That morning, out of curiosity about where Yun Zhe had disappeared to for the past few days (and more importantly, out of concern that he might have another woman), she followed him through a maze of twists and turns until she arrived at his hundred-man camp. There she saw everyone walking around in rows and columns, turning left, right, and then back again. This was vastly different from the training at other camps. She couldn't help but watch curiously for a while. Little did she know that her lingering curiosity would draw Alice, who also longed to see her, along with Wood (who also missed Ellie), Xi Xi (who was simply passing by), Serena (who had been called over because Xi Xi found it interesting), and Andrew (who had come along out of concern for Serena's safety)...
In short, when Yun Zhe noticed the commotion in the woods, there were already more than ten people standing there. Their eyes were full of curiosity and confusion, and they were all talking excitedly, creating quite a lively scene.
"Good morning, everyone." Yun Zhe had expected to be recognized, but he was still a little surprised to be surrounded by so many people.
"Yun Zhe, what are they doing?" Serena asked directly.
The significance of “a training method that enables them to cooperate and unite” in formation is profound, but Yun Zhe felt it was too complicated to explain, so he simply stated the most superficial meaning.
Everyone suddenly realized, but they all felt that this training was somewhat unnecessary for a grain escort team. On the contrary, they felt that their own troops seemed to really need this kind of training.
"Can this training method really improve combat effectiveness?" It was Wood who spoke, which surprised Yun Zhe.
"Of course he can. Knowing when to advance and retreat is a sign of fighting power." Yun Zhe thought highly of this young master. Although he often had some unrealistic fantasies about Ellie, overall, he had become a good kid since their last encounter.
Everyone had their own thoughts; some thought it was worth a try, while others thought it was completely unnecessary. Xi Xi was the most direct: "They don't even have the most basic weapons. Are you just worried they won't have anything to practice on, and you've deliberately put these up to fool them?"
Serena glanced at Xixi with slight displeasure; she seemed to have a lot of opinions about this Aruru. As her closest person and currently a powerful external force, she naturally didn't want their relationship to become too strained.
"Weapon training isn't urgent. Once they've mastered this, they'll pick up the weapons much faster," Yun Zhe deliberately ignored the provocative tone in Xi Xi's voice and answered her question directly. This made Xi Xi pout somewhat unhappily.
Everyone started talking at once, and the topic gradually shifted to how to train most efficiently.
Yun Zhe suddenly thought of his past life, where various countries enjoyed the red-blue or blue-white confrontations. In short, it involved organizing a highly combat-effective force to act as a whetstone, taking turns to train other forces.
Just then, Andrew finished explaining some precautions to Serena regarding exercises between 100-man squads. Yun Zhe cleared his throat. "I have an idea, Lord Andrew. Why don't you try concentrating the best soldiers in the army into one 100-man squad and then having them take turns fighting against other 100-man squads? That seems like a better approach."
The speaker meant well, and the listener took it to heart. Andrew's eyes lit up; he suddenly thought the idea was very creative.
Seeing that the conversation was shifting towards more professional military topics, Serena politely rose to take her leave. Xi Xi, who had been wanting to leave for a while, made a face at Yun Zhe when she saw Serena get up, then pulled Serena away.
Once they were alone, Serena asked Xixi softly, "Xixi, you seem to have a problem with Yun Zhe."
Xi Xi nodded. "Miss, you don't know, this person is greedy, lecherous, and very cunning. Anyway, he doesn't seem like a good person at all."
