Chapter 3 Oh no! The pig is missing!

"Oh no, oh no! Eldest daughter-in-law, second daughter-in-law, old man, the pig is gone! The pig is gone! We can't live anymore! We can't live anymore! Our pig is gone!"

After shouting, Old Mrs. Liu ran to the door, plopped down on the ground, slapped her thigh, and cursed: "You bastard! Have you never eaten pork in your past life? Stealing our pigs! Are you so desperate to live, or so desperate to die? You heartless beast! You villain who stole our pigs! Old Mrs. Liu's cursing attracted the attention of neighbors and villagers who came out to watch the commotion. When they heard that Old Mrs. Liu's pig had gone missing, they started talking about it, saying that they hadn't seen the pig come out of the yard.

Hearing the old lady's cursing, the Liu family members rushed out. Old Man Liu was so anxious that he didn't even put on his shoes and ran barefoot to the pigpen.
