I only seek to enjoy the present moment, regardless of dying in a foreign land tomorrow. With a blade in hand, I'll slay demons and men alike. "Ladies and gentlemen, please be on your way!&...

The Third Gang Leader, whose skin was as hard as rock, was suddenly cut in two!
At first glance, the muscles appear firm and the bones are as white as silver. If there were rare and precious materials and elixirs, it would not be a pipe dream to transform them into gold and jade.
The pain is excruciating, like being cut in two, like my liver and intestines are being torn apart!
Before I could even hope to faint, I watched helplessly as another large pincer swiftly clamped down on my neck. The speed and strength were just like my own, ruthless and decisive, seemingly devoid of any human emotion.
Like scissors cutting through fine grass, it's effortless!
The moment the pliers clamped down, not only was the skin torn, but muscles, blood vessels, and even bones collapsed instantly under the force.
The pain surged like a tidal wave, overwhelming and threatening to engulf me. And in an instant, all sensation vanished!
The third gang leader didn't have time to roar. His mouth and eyes were crooked, like a dark, bottomless cave. He tried his best to make a sound, but it was as if an invisible hand was tightly gripping his throat, leaving only a muffled roar rolling in his throat.
The lobster's massive claws didn't stop for a moment, clamping down on flesh and head. Mist slowly obscured the view, and occasionally, terrifying tearing sounds could be heard. Tonight, the stars are shining brightly, but dark clouds are obscuring the sky; a great disaster is imminent!
Along the Grand Canal, the fog was thick, and among the thick fog were many figures: fish-men monsters, humanoid skeletons, dogs standing upright with knives, and dogs standing upright with sticks!
The fog grew thicker and thicker, and everything outside the houses was shrouded in mist. The town where Brother Hai was located was also instantly enveloped by the fog, which covered the entire town.
The sleeping man was completely unaware of the strange monsters that appeared: fishmen, knife-wielding dogs, skeletons, and what seemed to be the recently slain fog-covered man, a white skeleton, whose only distinguishing features were his tattered clothes and the somewhat rotten broken knife in his hand.
The talisman in his arms had fallen into the unknown, seemingly having no effect whatsoever!
The monster remained motionless, occasionally taking a few steps before seemingly stopping again. It appeared completely unaware of the closed house and the sleeping people in front of it!
Fish Gang, Firewood Gang, Yelang Fragrance Gang—the torches outside the gangs never go out, and there are always people on duty at night. In a rough, large courtyard, some people are already fast asleep, while others are still eating and drinking!
At the entrance of the fishmonger's guild, the two men slightly separated. One wore a long, rumpled cotton coat, and the other had his belt loosely tied. He was already hiding on a straw mat in the corner, dozing off with his eyes half-closed!
Suddenly, the torch flickered and hissed, instantly waking the two. Seeing a blurry figure just three feet away, they whispered, "Dead Fish, wake up! Wake up! Something's happened!"
"Something's up! Who, who, where is he/she?!"
Upon waking up, Dead Fish hadn't even had a chance to see clearly when he suddenly spotted what appeared to be a figure in the distance, though the fog was too thick to see clearly!
The commotion seemed to have attracted attention, and a figure slowly approached, unhurriedly, at the pace of an ordinary person, though perhaps a little faster, but still moving slowly.
"Ah! A monster!" A deafening roar erupted!
Gasping for breath, his trembling roar echoed through the night sky, like a bomb exploding in people's hearts. It was as if a sharp blade had instantly shattered the surrounding tranquility.
At first glance, you see a bare skeleton holding a knife belonging to your gang, seemingly smiling slightly at you!
'There's a monster! There's a monster!'
They hurriedly retreated towards the door, hoping to get inside where there were more people and even some high-ranking officials in charge!
Although it's just a second-tier guardian, having more people around makes me feel safer!
Behind them, another tall figure seemed to slowly appear, and slowly, slowly, several mermen surrounded them!
The stench was overwhelming!
"Who, who dares to cause trouble for our Fish Gang? Are they tired of living?!" A rough, roaring voice burst out, accompanied by the sound of footsteps.
Interspersed among them were shouts like, "It's getting foggy! It's so thick! Quick, light some torches!"
The night was as dark as ink. In their haste, they seemed to be waiting to rush out together. Amidst the flickering flames, a group of men wielding various weapons charged out swiftly.
Armed with knives, sticks, and harpoons, a dozen or so members of the Fish Gang, who had been holding back, rushed out quickly, carrying torches. The fog was so thick that holding torches seemed to allow them to see further, about three zhang (approximately 10 meters)!
His strong muscles and dark skin subtly revealed a hint of unruliness and wildness.
As soon as I rushed to the door, I heard a tearing sound. The two guards at the door had been killed by the claws of the skeletons and fishmen, their heads pierced through the heart and then chopped off with broken knives, one after another, until they were no longer alive.
Torchlight illuminates the blood-soaked ground, and through the thinning mist, fishmen and skeletons with crimson eyes seem to be eyeing delicious food!
The fishman and the skeleton, as if seeing a delicious meal, rushed over instantly—or rather, just a little faster than usual!
Seeing that his movements were as fast as an ordinary person's walking speed, the fish gang man suddenly felt more confident.
The second-in-command, who was in charge, immediately breathed a sigh of relief and growled, "Attack them all together! Chop them down!"
He rushed out after saying that, but something strange happened. As he walked, it seemed that his speed was not much different from that of the fishman, and he was even slightly faster than the fishman!
Something's not right, something's really not right. Normally, when I unleash my power, I can cover three zhang (approximately 10 meters) in one step. This distance is nothing; I could reach it in a single step!
The other members were in the same boat, even slower than the second group, seemingly on par with the mermen. They were struggling, as if their speed was being restricted by something, preventing them from fully utilizing their abilities.
It seemed as if some force was pulling them down layer by layer, holding them alive!
The three men holding torches felt they were moving faster, seemingly without as many obstacles, and rushed ahead. Now, with nowhere to hide and nowhere to retreat, they were filled with fear.
He cursed under his breath, 'You old foxes are truly despicable! How dare you slack off right under the Second Gang Leader's nose, and even pretend so well!'
But there was no time to hesitate. He rushed over, picked up his thin knife, and charged forward with overwhelming momentum. He seemed fearless and ruthless. He swung his thick club down at the merman's skull, the blade whistling through the air, about to strike the merman's head in an instant.
The merman seemed not to dodge; his claws, like iron claws and bronze arrows, were hard and sharp, offering no resistance whatsoever to the blades and clubs. He struck the three torchbearers with a blow to the chest and another to the throat!
"It hurts, it hurts so much! Have mercy, have mercy!"
"It hurts so much!"
It pierced through the chest in an instant, tore through the throat, blood splattered everywhere, and screams of agony continued!
The heart-wrenching, agonizing screams caused the other gang members behind them to pause for a moment, but the fishman did not stop, nor did the skeleton. It seemed that an even taller figure was slowly emerging from the mist behind them.
