Chapter 119 Sun Huai'an

As soon as he got close to him, Blore immediately realized that the other person was frighteningly light, like a mist flower in the forest, which would disappear with the wind.

But Ri Huaian just smiled and said that he wanted to relieve his brother's pressure, as he himself was not the one who had it easy.

While they were chatting and laughing, Blore suddenly realized that they had walked out of the flower forest and a house seemed to appear in the distance.

When Rihuaian saw it, he immediately pointed in that direction and gently shook his legs to tell Blore that it was there.

As he approached, Blore looked up again. The mansion, at first glance, exuded a sense of grandeur. The tall, vermilion gate, studded with gold rivets, seemed particularly solemn and awe-inspiring. The door knocker, made of an unknown material, was black and mirror-smooth. The ferocious beasts carved into it were lifelike, their fangs bared and claws snarling, exuding a powerful murderous aura, as if ready to pounce and devour.

A massive locust tree grew around the mansion. Its canopy was so immense that it obscured most of the gate, casting a shadow over the entire residence. The tree's trunk was thick, its bark rough, and covered with deep and shallow grooves, as if bearing the marks of time. Its leaves, a deep green and shaped like palms, rustled gently in the breeze. At night, moonlight filtered through the gaps in the leaves, casting dappled shadows on the ground, like a mysterious painting.

The walls surrounding the mansion were incredibly high, almost as tall as a city wall. The dark red walls occasionally shimmered in the sunlight, creating a mysterious and majestic atmosphere. When the wind blew, the walls emitted a whining sound, like the weeping of ghosts, a chilling feeling. Sharp iron spikes lined the top of the walls to prevent anyone from climbing over them. At each corner stood a watchtower, where someone stood, keeping a constant watchful eye.

But Blore also noticed that there seemed to be several people standing in front of the door.

Their attire was completely out of place here. Everyone wore colorful, bizarre clothing, embroidered with intricate patterns and mysterious symbols. Their hair was also dyed bright colors and styled in bizarre styles.

These people exuded a strange sweet smell that made people feel relaxed and happy. Their feet were also strange, all wrapped in bandages. I don't know if they were injured or for some special reason.

Suddenly, one of them raised his head, revealing a pair of deep eyes. His gaze radiated a mysterious power, evoking both admiration and awe. He surveyed the people around him, including Blore and Rihuaian, who were still in the distance. He smiled faintly, then turned and walked through the door. The others followed him in, and the door slowly closed. All of this seemed perfectly natural and logical, and the person standing on the platform didn't make any other moves.

Under Sunhuaian's guidance, Blore felt as if he were in a dream, and followed the man into the mansion in a trance. As soon as he stepped through the door, Sunhuaian jumped off his back easily, told him that he would be back soon, and then disappeared without a trace in an instant.

Blore was caught off guard by this sudden change and had no time to react. He could only watch Ri Huaian disappear before his eyes.

However, what surprised him even more was that the people passing by seemed to ignore the sudden appearance of the stranger. No matter how he asked, they just avoided him with expressionless faces and were busy with their own things.

There was no choice but for Blore to just wander around. Rihuaian had said he would find him no matter where he was.

But unexpectedly, as soon as he turned a corner, Blore's eyes widened, staring at what was happening in front of him in disbelief. He could never have imagined that such a mysterious and magnificent temple was hidden in the inner courtyard of this seemingly ordinary mansion.

The temple's exterior is imposing, its walls and steps seemingly constructed of precious materials, shimmering with the brilliance of gold and jade. In the afterglow of the setting sun, the entire temple takes on a unique brilliance, as if enveloped in a mysterious aura. This aura is not derived from a manifestation of divinity or Buddhahood, but rather a unique aura and temperament that inspires awe.

The temple's doors were shut, but the windows were open. The setting sun shone through the windows, revealing the mist and flames within. These mists and flames formed all sorts of bizarre shapes and colors, making one wonder what secrets lay hidden within. Blore couldn't help but move closer to the window, trying to peer through the hazy scene to see what lay within. But no matter how hard he tried, he could only see a blur.

Soon, however, he clearly saw the offering table within. It was filled with large Dhāra Buddha-shaped flowers, stacked one upon the other, tightly packed together like a small mountain. These blossoms were incredibly delicate and fresh, as if freshly plucked. Each bloom shone with brilliant colors: dawn crimson, cinnabar, dark purple, rouge, peach, and crimson, interwoven together to create a vibrant and colorful scene.

Illuminated by the golden afterglow and shrouded in curls of incense, these flowers appear even more sacred and solemn. They exude a subtle fragrance that intoxicates and brings a sense of tranquility and peace. The entire temple interior seems divided into two extremes: one end is shimmering with golden light, filled with fragrant mist, and piled high with flowers; the other end is colorless and pitch black, as if endless darkness and mystery shroud everything.
