When I Married Him Again Completed

New novel "Empress Khan Kills Back to the Palace" is now open. See the end for the synopsis.

Synopsis:

(Main story completed) Pei Yu was the renowned young general of the Southern Dynasty, with sword-like eyebrows and a dashing appearance. He once had a childhood sweetheart fiancée. They had been betrothed since childhood, with deep affection. They only awaited Pei Yu's return to the capital to fulfill their marriage.

In the second year of Jian Yuan, the false report of Pei Yu's death in battle reached Chang'an. His fiancée, her bridal trousseau still unworn, married another. Her new husband died unexpectedly, and she observed three years of mourning for her late husband. Meanwhile, Pei Yu's marriage was never announced. Everyone said he remained devoted, faithfully waiting for his beloved.

Everyone in Chang'an hoped this pair of lovers would finally be united, until Hui Yin appeared. Hui Yin came from a prestigious family, possessing both talent and beauty. She was already betrothed to be the Crown Princess. Overnight, her parents were brutally murdered, and her younger brother went missing, leaving her alone and forced to return to her hometown. The once noble lady fell into disrepute, coveted by all. To avenge her family, she set her sights on Pei Yu, who had just returned to the capital after a victorious battle.

The moment she saw him outside the Lindu Post Station, Hui Yin resolved to use Pei Yu to return to Chang'an, no matter the cost. Initially, Pei Yu only intended to use Hui Yin as a shield to delay his marriage and placate his mother and aunt. At the Lindu Post Station, he looked at Hui Yin kneeling on the ground, his gaze falling on the damp ends of her hair, and indifferently said, "Are you willing to be my concubine?"

After Hui Yin followed Pei Yu back to the capital, everyone told her that Pei Yu's beloved was his former fiancée, the white moonlight she had married someone else. Hui Yin was merely Pei Yu's amusement when he had nothing else to do. Her cousin from the He family sneered, "Cousin's heart only holds Sister Tan. Don't foolishly think you can replace her!" The younger sister of his fiancée contemptuously said, "My sister and the young general were childhood sweethearts with deep feelings. If you have any sense, you'll leave on your own."
