“Oh, I thought we were different.” Winston replied simply, without pressing for details. He lowered his head and glanced at Federich. Federich understood the look and didn’t say anything more, but his face grew increasingly gloomy.
But Lucat frowned and asked, "Where are the people from the Delta Federation? Why aren't they with you?"
Upon hearing this, Federich said with a sullen face, "Why should we care about them? These bastards have nothing to do with us now! Humph!"
Lucart said in a deep voice:
"Everyone on the island is currently a prisoner of the Yan Kingdom. The Yan Emperor has said that everyone will be released once their respective countries send people to ransom them."
"The Goths were the same."
Upon hearing this, Federich was startled. He immediately grabbed Lucate's arm and eagerly pressed for an answer:

The room fell silent, and everyone looked at Lucat.

For days, the soldiers had been starving and constantly fighting the Goths. They were living a life worse than death, almost like walking corpses. The cheers gradually reached the ears of the Goths who were rushing towards them, so they quickened their pace and ran towards the southwest coast.
