Chapter 3 Immortal Tea

Little Dragon Girl glanced indifferently at the black dog. Its ears were drooping and its eyes were glowing green. It was this dog that had been digging a hole in the ground, seemingly trying to bury her.

He glanced at it coldly.

The black dog felt an extreme chill creeping over it, and it was so frightened that it tucked its tail in, stuck out its pink tongue, trembled, and backed away.

He stood close to the edge of the corridor in the pavilion, not daring to look directly at the woman.

Seeing this, Xiaolongnu remained completely unmoved.

The black dog lay down on the edge of the railing and covered its eyes with its paws.

This woman is so cold; she and Li Ming are completely different.

Li Ming was just pretending to be fierce; he was only bluffing.

The woman did nothing and made no move. Just by glancing at her a few times, one could feel an intense chill in her presence, as if she had just been dug out of an ice cellar.

That kind of cold was mixed with freezing, chilling you to the bone.

Li Ming, who was ahead, also felt that this girl was somewhat cold. Her coldness wasn't feigned; it was probably a natural constitution. He said:

"Please make yourself at home, young lady. Wait here for a moment while I make you a cup of tea."

Seeing Li Ming enter the pavilion, Xiaolongnu withdrew her gaze and leaned against the balustrade of the pavilion in the sky, gazing at the scenery.

The view is breathtaking, featuring a suspended pavilion, a giant dead tree, a peach blossom forest, a lotus pond, a garden, and other beautiful scenery, completely different from the dark style of the Ancient Tomb Sect.

However, the environment here is very suitable for living.

She is rather quiet.

Like the Ancient Tomb Sect, they live quietly and undisturbed by the outside world.

The black dog that had been lying nearby quietly released its paws and sized up the aloof girl.

Little Dragon Girl noticed something spying on her and turned her gaze away.

The black dog quickly lowered its head, silently chanting in its mind, "You can't see me, you can't see me," while its two paws moved restlessly back and forth.

Little Dragon Girl found the black dog amusing, and smiled sweetly, like a rare flower in its first bloom, or a beautiful jade radiating a halo, her beauty unparalleled.

The black dog looked up and saw her smile. Saliva dripped from its tongue as it stared at her blankly. The first thing it did after regaining its senses was to run to the peach blossom grove.

He brought back a peach blossom, came to Little Dragon Girl's side, and wagged his tail, gesturing for her to take it.

Little Dragon Girl glanced at the black dog, not knowing what it meant, but noticed that the peach blossom it was biting was covered in saliva, which was dripping onto the ground.

The black dog gestured for her to take his peach blossom branch.

Little Dragon Girl ignored it, remaining cold and indifferent, like a biting winter wind, devoid of emotion or warmth, only icy.

Helpless, the black dog wagged its tail and left, deciding to give up on trying to win over this woman; it would always be a dog she could never have.

Little Dragon Girl couldn't understand Black Dog's actions, but she didn't care. She stood there quietly, enjoying the beautiful scenery. Soon, the aroma of tea filled her nostrils.

A man in white's voice came from inside the pavilion: "Miss, come and have a cup of tea."

Little Dragon Girl walked into the pavilion and saw a man in white holding pliers, gripping a teacup and rotating it clockwise, while the teapot was still emitting white smoke.

The aroma of tea comes from the white smoke.

It smells so good.

Li Ming placed a cup of tea on the coffee table and said, "Miss, come and try my cooking. You are the first guest I have ever entertained."

Little Dragon Girl walked to the coffee table, smelled the aroma, reached for a teacup, and intended to try it.

Li Mingdao said, "You can sit down and savor it slowly."

Little Dragon Girl sat on the chair with her feet together, reached out to grab a teacup, and quickly finished the cup.

I drank it too fast, so I didn't really feel anything.

Li Ming then handed her a cup of tea and said, "Please enjoy."

Little Dragon Girl slowly opened her cherry-like mouth. Her bloodless skin made her look exceptionally aloof, but it was precisely this paleness that made her look nothing like a sickly person.

She appeared even more refined and otherworldly, with an incomparably beautiful appearance, like a celestial being.

Another cup went down.

Her face flushed slightly, giving her a healthy glow and making her look better.

"How is it? How does it taste?" Li Ming asked.

"good."

Her luscious lips parted, as if she wanted to say something but hesitated, unsure how to describe it, before finally uttering a single word: "good."

Li Ming smiled; this girl really was a woman of few words.

Xiaolongnu's gaze inadvertently fell on Li Ming's waist again, because the numbers on it were slightly different from the original ones.

Noticing her gaze, Li Ming picked up the dragon-patterned wooden plaque. He had noticed the numbers on it had changed while he was making tea, and now he could determine their meaning. He said:

"The numbers on this wooden sign represent the time you will stay here. When the time is up, you can return to your original place."

Little Dragon Girl understood.

“You’ll be back soon, in just one day, so don’t worry,” Li Ming said, handing her a cup of tea. “Please.”

Little Dragon Girl took it and drank another cup.

Soon, her face became even rosier, like a ripe peach.

Gradually, my cheeks turned as red as fire, and I started sweating. Sweat beaded on my forehead, and the sweat became more and more profuse. My whole body felt hot, as if something was running rampant inside me.

She radiated heat, and her sweat slightly dampened the light gauze.

"What's wrong with you?" Li Ming asked, looking at her.

"Hot," she uttered.

"hot?"

Li Ming was puzzled. The weather here was pleasant year-round, so it was impossible for her to be in this state. It didn't feel like heat; it felt more like she had taken an aphrodisiac.

He didn't drug her, did he?

He simply served her tea.

Li Ming looked at her with a worried expression. This girl was fine just now. Could it be that she ruined her health by drinking tea?

Xiaolongnu's forehead was covered in sweat, and her body felt like it was on fire. Something was churning inside her. She sat down and used her internal energy to regulate her breathing. She found that the three cups of tea she had just drunk were like cleansing her meridians.

Steam rose, and a thin mist enveloped her body.

After about two hours, she finally recovered and was surprised to find that her internal energy had doubled, making it stronger than she had been cultivating for several years.

"What kind of tea is this?" Little Dragon Girl asked.

"It's just ordinary tea. This is the tea I usually drink. Would you like to try some more, young lady?" Li Ming continued to pour her tea.

After drinking a few cups, Xiaolongnu no longer felt the same way as before, but she was still amazed by the beauty of the tea. She thought that the first three cups of tea were probably divine tea bestowed upon her by immortals.

Otherwise, it would be difficult to explain why her internal energy doubled.

Her internal strength had not improved for many years, yet she achieved this level with just three cups of tea.
