When Bonnie arrived at her parents' home, Liu Jiu and San Qi greeted her, "Mom, have the brothers arrived yet?"
"We're here. Where's Grandma?" Bonnie didn't see her mother.
"I went to my eldest uncle's house. His fishing boat is back. Grandma took my older brother Da Bao and my younger brother Er Bao to tidy up the house." Liu Jiu explained, and then prepared to go home to find her brothers.
"Alright, I'll take you two back to your family compound, and then go to the dock to buy some seafood. Grandma, I'm taking Liu Jiu and San Qi home. I'll tell my mother when she gets back," Bao Ni called out to her grandmother, who was picking vegetables in the garden.
"Okay, let's go."
Bonnie dropped the two children off at the entrance of the residential compound, watched them go inside, and then turned and went to the dock. Fishing trips at the open sea often bring back many rare catches, and Bonnie thought her boys were lucky to have caught one.
Liu Jiu took San Qi back to her own home, and almost walked back to her original home on the way.
"Liu Jiu and San Qi are back, where's Mom?"
Han Weidong was a little surprised that he didn't see Sister Bao Ni.
"Mom went to the dock; the fishing boats are back."
"Wow, these guys are really lucky!" Li Gang exclaimed. Deep-sea fishing usually involves returning to the dock in the early morning.
"Liu Jiu, do you still remember me?" Zheng Jun heard Liu Jiu's voice and hurriedly ran out of the room.
"It hasn't been that long, I'm not stupid, how could I not remember? Welcome to my house, Zheng Jun." Liu Jiu was also helpless; this new friend was always afraid that he would forget him.
"Hehe... It's good that you haven't forgotten, it's good that you haven't forgotten. Have you missed me? I've missed you. Let's spar a few moves and see if I've improved." Zheng Jun hadn't slacked off in his training for the past six months, just thinking about defeating Liu Jiu'er one day.
Standing behind Zheng Jun, Zheng Tao covered his face with his hands. He couldn't bear to watch his silly younger brother. He had traveled all the way to the island just to fight with some girl!
"You're not seasick?" Liu Jiu looked at Zheng Jun, whose complexion wasn't good, and thought it was impossible for him not to be seasick.
"How did you know I was seasick? You're amazing!" Zheng Jun was surprised that Liu Jiu could tell he was seasick so quickly.
"Everyone gets seasick the first time they take a boat ride." Liu Jiu didn't think he was particularly good at it; wasn't this common sense?
The two straightforward children, one after the other, spoke the truth, making the listeners want to laugh.
Outside, the conversation was lively and enthusiastic, but inside, Gu Xuanyi lay on his bed, feeling like he was about to die. His father was too cruel; he had insisted on sending him to the island, and now he was almost dead.
"Xuanyi, are you still feeling unwell? Liujiu and Sanqi are back, let's go out for some fresh air." Gu Xuanyu packed up his and Xuanyi's things and prepared to go out.
"No, I don't have the strength anymore, I feel too bad, I want to go home." Gu Xuanyi's voice was trembling with tears, his eyes brimming with emotion.
"Stop daydreaming. Since we're already here, have fun. When it's time to go back, let's all go home together."
Hearing his brother's heartless words, Gu Xuanyi was so angry that tears streamed down his face. He turned over and lay on the bed with his back to his brother, not wanting to pay any attention to him.
Gu Xuanyu ignored him and stayed in bed; he was going out to check on things.
"Six nine, three seven."
"Big brother, you've finished packing your things. Where's second brother? Why hasn't he come out yet?" Liu Jiu noticed that only Xuan Yu had come out; Gu Xuan Yi was nowhere to be seen.
"Your second brother got seasick and vomited quite badly. He's lying in bed resting for a while now."
"I understand. It's his first time on a boat, and seasickness is really unpleasant. He'll get used to it after a few more trips. Let him lie down a bit more. There'll be something delicious to eat tonight. My mom went to the dock to buy seafood. My uncle and his fishing boat are back from fishing."
Liu Jiu is talking to his older brother, but what is San Qi doing? San Qi is busy!
When Han Bei and the others arrived, they brought a lot of delicious food. When they saw Liu Jiu and San Qi return, they took out a lot of food from their room, and San Qi was busy eating it.
"Dad, why are you home so early today?" Liu Jiu was very surprised to see Gu Ye push open the door and come in. His dad usually didn't come home until dark.
"Your brothers are arriving today, so Dad, come home early and cook something delicious for you." Gu Ye knew that Bao Ni would be bringing back some meat, so he specially left work early to prepare a meal for so many people.
"Uncle, Uncle Gu, Brother Gu Ye..."
Three women make a drama, but a bunch of men are just trash too!
"Weidong, where's your sister Baoni?" Gu Ye entered the yard and didn't see his wife, which made him feel quite uneasy.
"The fishing boats are back, and Sister Bonnie went to the dock to buy seafood."
"Okay, you guys play first, I'll change my clothes and see what we're having for dinner." Gu Ye went inside, and the chirping started up again in the yard.
After eating and drinking his fill, Sanqi walked around with his hands behind his back and entered the westernmost room.
"Brother, are you still crying?" As soon as Sanqi pushed open the door, he heard the sound of sobbing.
"Stop crying. You'll have something delicious to eat later. Get up, my dad's coming home."
Xuan Yi didn't answer. He was feeling wronged and just wanted to go home.
"Brother, if you don't get up, my sister will come in." Seeing that her brother was unmoved by reason, Sanqi began to threaten him.
“My sister hits really hard; no kid on the island can beat her.”
Even as Sanqi kept babbling on and on, her hands remained behind her back, and she took small, quick steps.
"Waaah... I want to go home, waaah... I want to go home."
Gu Xuanyi really couldn't stand it anymore; even such a little kid was trying to annoy him.
"Sanqi, Second Brother, what are you two doing? Mom bought a lot of seafood, we're having barbecue skewers tonight." Liu Jiu came in looking for someone, looked at Gu Xuanyi who was sobbing, and then looked at Sanqi, "Did you hit him?"
