"Put the knife down!" Zhou An'an shouted!
Blood slowly trickled down the woman's neck, quickly soaking her clothes, but she seemed oblivious, continuing to speak loudly.
"I'll say it again, all of you, come in!"
Zhou An'an couldn't bear to watch this person die right before his eyes, so he strode over.
Seeing this, Xiao Zhang grabbed her hand and shook his head, telling her not to go in.
This woman clearly seems to have gone mad; she can kill anyone but herself. She's very dangerous!
"If you keep dawdling, I'll go all out!" The woman pressed the knife closer to the flesh. "If I die here today, none of you will escape!"
I saw that the woman's neck was bleeding even more.
Zhou An'an could only shake off Xiao Zhang's hand and then face the woman.
"Big sister, let's talk this out. I'll agree to whatever you ask, as long as you put the knife down!"
"You'll agree to whatever I ask?" The woman sneered. "Do you think I'm a three-year-old? I'm not that easy to fool."
"Just tell me, and I'll try my best to satisfy you!" Zhou An'an's negotiation skills were limited to calming people down.
She knew when to seize the opportunity to subdue the person; as a law enforcement officer, her mission was to protect the lives of the people.
Even though this woman has gone mad, she can't just ignore her!
"I want you! Release my man! You better contact your superiors right now and get him released!"
The woman spoke forcefully, and as she floated, the blood on her neck flowed even more violently and quickly reached the ground.
A pool of blood formed.
The neighbor woman came out from behind, saw this scene, screamed, and fainted in the man's arms.
"Wife!" the man shouted, "Don't scare me!"
Seeing his wife unconscious, the man had no choice but to lift her up in his arms.
"Don't go!" the woman who committed the attack shouted. "If you go, I'll die here!"
"I don't care if you live or die! I'm going to save my wife!" the man shouted, and almost the entire building heard his voice.
Many people came out of the house and those who lived nearby went straight to the fourth floor. What they saw there shocked them.
The woman who committed the crime became less afraid when she saw that there were many people around. If her husband couldn't be rescued, she would shed her blood here!
At this moment, she felt increasingly dizzy, and the strength in her hands seemed to be instantly drained away.
Seeing that the woman was covering her head and looking dazed, Zhou An'an realized she was about to faint, so she seized the opportunity and rushed over.
He grabbed the woman's hand, trying to take the knife from her.
Xiao Zhang rushed forward and grabbed the woman's other hand.
The three of them were entangled together.
The people on the field were stunned; they had never seen anything like it before.

The woman burst into tears, and as she cried, blood gushed from her neck.
It was flowing even faster than before, and she felt her life slipping away.
Seeing the blood flowing faster and faster, Zhou An'an could only turn to the crowd and shout.
"Quickly call the police and an ambulance! Get me a towel, I need to stop her bleeding!"
No one moved when the call was made once, but people only started moving after it was made again.
Soon someone brought a towel, and Zhou An'an put the towel on the wound. He saw that the woman's eyes were already glazed over and she was no longer speaking.
He's bleeding too much and is about to lose consciousness.
"You're not allowed to sleep! Think of your child, he's still so young!"
The woman's mind drifted back to her son, bringing her back to her senses.
"I don't want to die!" she said weakly.
"Then you should live on strongly, it's not a big deal!" Zhou An'an pressed a towel against her wound, and soon the blood soaked through the towel.
This was the first time she had ever experienced something so bloody!
He was so anxious that he was sweating profusely and wished he could save the person immediately!
"Child...bridge..." These were the words the woman uttered in her last moments.
She knew she had acted impulsively, but it was too late!
"Wake up! Hang in there!" Zhou An'an shouted.
The other person did not respond again; their pupils were dilated and wide open.
She died with her eyes wide open in disbelief!
Xiao Zhang let go of her hand. He felt that the woman seemed to be dead. He checked her breath and found that she was not breathing. So he shook his head at Zhou An'an.
Zhou An'an slumped to the ground, his hands covered in blood, all of it the woman's blood.
She didn't know how things had turned out this way.
The doctor ran up from downstairs to perform emergency treatment.
Xiao Zhang helped Zhou An'an to the side; he could tell that the man was frightened.
"Why did it turn out like this? Will she be alright if I go in with her?"
Zhou An'an began to blame herself for the life that had vanished before her very eyes.
Xiao Zhang put his hands on her shoulders and said, “Listen to me, this has nothing to do with you. It was all her own choice. We have done our best to save her life!”
“But it was so close—” Zhou An’an couldn’t understand why some people would give up their lives so easily.
"It's all over now!" Xiao Zhang didn't know how to comfort the woman, so he could only soothe her softly.
When Officer Hu from the enforcement team went upstairs and saw the mess on the floor, he could only ask everyone for advice.
