Chapter 8 Where is my big piece of grass?

She waved her little hand and a drop of blood was thrown out. The moment it touched the neck of the vase, the blood disappeared instantly, as if it was sucked into the vase.

Ruanruan blew on her fingers, ran into the house, moved a small stool, stepped on the stool and washed the blood on her fingers with running water, then took out the medicine box and put iodine on the wound.

After doing all this, Ruanruan trotted back to the yard.

"So...what about all that grass?"

She looked at the large area in front of her that suddenly became empty, and was stunned for a moment.

"Where's my grass? Where's my huge patch of grass?"

Ruanruan trotted over and took a look at the vase standing alone in front of the disappearing grass.

"Where's the grass? Where did the grass go?" She stared at the vase with wide eyes and muttered to herself.

Suddenly, the vase shook.

Zhao Chengqian's voice came: "That's enough of the softness."

Ruanruan came back to her senses and said to the vase, "Little brother, did you get the grass?"

Zhao Chengqian looked at the fodder that kept oozing out of the bottle and the pile of fodder beside it with astonishment. He said quickly, "Got it."

"This...this is too much!"

There seemed to be endless fodder in the vase.

Seeing that there was no one outside, he wanted to move the vase outside. However, before he could move it, grass kept coming out of the vase.

Until all the grass is vomited out.

Ruanruan held the vase and shook it, "Pingping, you can actually swallow food by yourself!"

“You’re amazing.”

"Then please help me eat all this rice." She carried the vase to the front of the twenty bags of rice.

"Ruanruan can't hold it by herself, Pingping, please help Ruanruan."

Ruanruan waited for a while, but didn't see any reaction from the vase, which made her a little disappointed.

She took a few steps back, ready to return to the house, opened the bag with scissors, and poured the rice into the vase bit by bit. However, before she had gone far, a beam of golden light emerged from the mouth of the vase, and the twenty bags of rice on the ground turned into small balls of light and poured into the vase and disappeared.

Ruanruan seemed to have a premonition and turned around to see that the twenty bags of rice were gone.

Suddenly, her eyes widened, she walked over and patted the vase, only to hear a loud "bang".

Zhao Chengqian was stunned when he saw the twenty bags of things that suddenly appeared on the other side.

Just as he came to his senses and was about to go over to take a look, a figure flashed in front of Zhao Chengqian, "Your Highness, be careful!"

Ying Qi didn't know when he would come back. He quickly drew his sword and cut open a bag of rice. "Hua La La..."

The rice bag was broken and all that flowed out were big white rice grains.

He froze in shock, "This..."

"Oh my god, you finally opened your eyes!"

Doctor Song rushed over and saw the rice. He thought his eyes were blurry.

"Your Highness, I...I am not dreaming."

"Mi! Your Highness, give it a quick slap to see if it's fake."

Doctor Song rolled and crawled excitedly, rushed over, and knelt directly on the ground. He was no longer aware of the cold, and held the large white rice grains in his hands.

He stuffed a handful into his mouth and chewed it a few times like a cow eating grass.

"Snap!" He slapped himself with his dry and cracked hands, making a loud slapping sound.

It wasn't until the pain spread across his face that Dr. Song was convinced that everything was true.

Ying Qi next to him was calmer than Doctor Song. He saw everything that happened just now.

All this rice came from that vase.

Your Highness sent them away just now to prevent this secret from being discovered.

"Swish!" Ying Qi held the sword against Doctor Song's neck without even blinking.

"Your Highness, we know something we shouldn't know. According to the palace's rules, we should all..."

die!

Doctor Song turned pale with fear, and swore with trembling lips, "Your Highness, I swear that I will never betray the palace in this life. If I do, I will be struck by lightning."

Zhao Chengqian remained silent and stared at Doctor Song. This man's original name was Song Zhou. He was a retainer of the royal palace and had some relationship with Doctor Luo. Only his father and Doctor Luo knew his specific identity.

"If he is disloyal, my father will make the final decision once we reach Qingzhou. Yingqi puts down his sword first."

Doctor Song met his cold, childlike gaze, and his heart suddenly stopped. "Your Highness, don't worry. I will never tell anyone about this."

"Wow, brother, these are all rice!"

Zhao Yong was awakened by the noise outside. He lifted the car curtain and looked out, letting out a burst of exclamations.

"Was it given to us by the little gods?"

He descended the wooden steps beside the carriage and knelt before the vase. "Thank you, little immortal, for giving us so much fodder and rice."

"Little fairy, you must be the best fairy in the world. Thank you for helping us."

"Did you receive it?" Ruanruan couldn't hear clearly what was being said over there. Until she heard Zhao Yong mumbling, she asked while holding the bottle.

A pleasant and ethereal sound came from the bottle, and Zhao Yong immediately said, "Yes, thank you, little fairy."

"Thank you, little fairy for the blessing!"

Song Zhou got up from the ground and quickly knelt beside the bottle.

He kowtowed three times, his eyes red as he said, "Little Immortal, you finally heard our prayers."

Ying Qi dropped his sword, lifted his robe, and knelt down, "Ying Qi, thank you, little immortal."

Because of the sudden appearance of this immortal, the princess was seriously ill, but suddenly recovered. The food that was originally gone suddenly became available again. All the inexplicable things that happened in the past few days suddenly had a good explanation.

"So you are the little Bodhisattva, the Bodhisattva who saved us!"

Song Zhou understood instantly and was filled with awe for the vase.

Zhao Chengqian walked around them and picked up the vase on the ground, "Okay, don't disturb the little fairy."

"Ying Qi, find a secluded place, hide these things, and go find a new carriage."

Their carriage couldn't hold so many things, so they could only leave some of them and make plans for the rest.

Zhao Chengqian wiped the wet snow stains from the neck of the bottle, held it tightly in his arms, and carefully moved it into the carriage.

"Gan'er, you're right. We only have Yingqi and Song Zhou left on the journey, so it's going to be hard to hide it from them." Princess Jin covered her mouth with a handkerchief and coughed violently a few times. "Now we should rush to Qingzhou as soon as possible. We shouldn't lose any more people."

Zhao Chengqian placed the vase on the soft couch next to him and wrapped it with cotton cloth to prevent it from being bumped.

Just as Ruanruan carried the vase into the house, she heard Zhao Chengqian's voice again.

"Soft?"

"Hey, little brother, can you hear me?" Ruanruan immediately said to the vase.

Zhao Chengqian: "Yes, now."

"Ruanruan, thank you. When I get to Qingzhou, you can ask for anything you want."

"Little brother, Ruanruan has everything he needs."

She rubbed her little head, took out a candy from her pocket, and said as she unwrapped it, "Um...Ruanruan, I want to be friends with little brother. Little brother, are you willing to be friends with Ruanruan?"

Zhao Chengqian's dark pupils paused slightly and he was silent for a moment.
