Ji Chen clenched his fist. "What else did that good-for-nothing say?"
"No, that's not it. I just told Shao Heng that I didn't know us and that he shouldn't make any unfounded claims of relationship with us." Jiang Xue patted Shao Meng, who was gently squirming in her arms.
"Shaomeng's IV drip is almost finished. The doctor said it would be best to admit her to the hospital, as she has now developed a bacterial infection."
