Chapter 11 IF scenario: Evil dragon, do you prefer your bed dry or damp when you sleep?
A while later.
Shu Bai said in a hoarse voice, "One more."
Li Yuheng: "………What?!!"
Shu Bai: "It feels good, let's have another one."
Li Yuheng: "..."
Shu Bai: "...? What's wrong?"
Li Yuheng smiled: "It's nothing. Since you're looking for excitement, go for it."
Shu Bai: "What—!"
Li Yuheng buried his head deeply into the hollow of Shubai's neck in the embrace.
The intimacy they had just shared had left a faint blush on the skin of the other person's neck, which was now rising and falling gently with the owner's slightly rapid breathing, radiating warmth.
Li Yuheng's eyes darkened, and without any hesitation, he opened his mouth and bit down.
Shu Bai instinctively tried to break free, but was held even tighter.
It was less of a bite and more of a rubbing that carried a sense of punishment and possession.
That feeling came back, it was strange and hard to describe.
Shu Bai was completely panicked.
He turned his head to the other side and frantically dodged:
"Li Yuheng... don't bite me!"
I'll bite...
…
To be honest, when Shu Bai first met Li Yuheng, he just thought he was an annoying human.
That guy was shouting and yelling outside the dragon's lair, carrying a sword.
But during their sixth encounter, Shu Bai discovered that this knight was quite interesting.
While others team up to fight evil dragons, he insists on going it alone.
They don't hold grudges even after being beaten down; they'll dare to come back next time.
Once, Shu Bai deliberately kicked him into a mud pit, and the first thing that guy did after getting up was to fix his hair.
On their thirteenth meeting, Li Yuheng sat at the entrance of the dragon's nest without his sword, carrying a flask of wine: "Hey, evil dragon, wanna drink? You dragons must be quite good at drinking, right?"
Shu Bai thought this person was mentally ill at the time.
But the wine was indeed quite good.
very nice.
That's brilliant.
Later, every time Li Yuheng came, he would either bring some human trinkets or tell some silly stories about the kingdom.
Once, Shu Bai casually remarked that sleeping on a pile of gemstones would be uncomfortable, and the next time, this guy came carrying a down comforter.
"Does the code of chivalry now include providing blankets to dragons?"
"I just added it."
Shu Bai found herself starting to look forward to the weekly raids every Tuesday.
For the first time in over a hundred years, this dragon, which had lived alone, felt its nest was somewhat empty.
…
Li Yuheng fell in love with Shu Bai at first sight.
Although his method of expression was to come to their door with a sword and challenge them to a duel.
When Li Yuheng first saw the human form of Shu Bai, he almost dropped his sword.
The young man with black hair and golden eyes leaned lazily against the pile of gems, his brows and eyes showing impatience, but he was so handsome that it was hard to look away.
He thought to himself: I must marry this dragon.
Therefore, Li Yuheng devised a meticulous pursuit plan: to launch an attack every Tuesday without fail.
It can showcase your abilities while also fostering relationships.
Once, when Shu Bai was in a bad mood, he breathed fire and burned his cloak. He went back and learned the fire extinguishing spell overnight.
The other knights didn't understand: "Standing Knight, you've failed sixty-five times already, why are you still going?"
Li Yuheng: "What do you know?"
He noticed that Shu Bai was always alone.
The dragon's nest was vast, filled with countless gems, but there was no one to talk to.
One time, he deliberately lingered in the lair for a while and discovered that the evil dragon would talk to itself while facing the wall.
"I'll keep you company from now on." That very night, Li Yuheng wrote down his new goal in the Knight's Log.
Now, holding the dragon in his arms, whose eyes were unfocused with pleasure, he felt that all sixty-five beatings were totally worth it.
…
Li Yuheng suddenly sat up, pulled Shu Bailian and the blanket into his arms, and loudly announced:
"I hereby officially declare! From today onwards, you are no longer allowed to steal princesses!"
Shu Bai felt dizzy from being shaken, frowned, and pushed his face away: "Why?"
"Is that even a question? You've already done all that with me, and you still want to steal someone else's? We humans believe in lifelong commitment, okay!"
"...Then what do you think I should do every day?" Shu Bai yawned lazily. "Sleep? Count gems?"
As a malevolent dragon, his options for living as a dragon certainly don't seem to be many.
Aside from guarding the treasure and the occasional prank, he didn't seem to have much else to do.
The knight eagerly replied, "Cook with me!"
The dragon readily agreed: "That works too."
"...You agreed way too quickly!" Li Yuheng shook his shoulder in shock. "Didn't you even hesitate for a moment?"
He expected that there should at least be some resistance or shyness.
Shu Bai was annoyed by his shaking and slapped his hand away: "Wasn't it your suggestion?"
He found human thoughts truly unfathomable; it was clearly his own idea, yet now he complained that he had agreed too readily.
"But you should at least show some restraint! Like saying something like, 'This isn't appropriate, it's our first time,' or something like that!"
Shu Bai looked at him, completely baffled and unable to understand this meaningless awkwardness.
He reflected on his feelings just now and gave his evaluation very frankly:
"Why should I be reserved? I feel great."
Li Yuheng remained silent for three seconds.
The expression on his face gradually changed from surprise to delight, perhaps even with a touch of excitement at being touched on something adorable.
"Oh my god!!! So you're a big pervert!"
He suddenly cupped Shu Bai's face in his hands and began a barrage of kisses.
"Muah muah muah!" He kissed her quickly and loudly, like stamping a seal, "I'll make you feel good! I'll make you feel good!"
Shu Bai was kissed so hard he leaned back, his brows immediately furrowing: "What's wrong with you...?"
Before he could finish speaking, Li Yuheng kissed him twice more on the tip of his nose, as fast as a woodpecker.
"Hello!"
Shu Bai raised her hand to push him away, but Li Yuheng grabbed her wrist and kissed the back of his hand as well.
"...Are you sick?"
"Yes! I've caught a disease where I want to kiss you whenever I see you!" Li Yuheng chased after his evasive face and continued to kiss him passionately, from his forehead to his chin. "Once you've kissed me here, I'm yours! This place too! This place too!"
…
Shu Bai lay lazily on the pile of gems, watching Li Yuheng enthusiastically attach saddle equipment to his back.
"Are you sure you want to ride?" The dragon's tail slapped the ground impatiently. "When I fly, I won't care about your feelings."
Li Yuheng deftly fastened the last clasp, then patted the dragon's back triumphantly: "Isn't this called romance? I'm the only knight in the entire kingdom who can ride an evil dragon!"
"Yes, yes, you're really amazing." Shu Bai rolled her eyes. "Hold on tight, or I won't be responsible if you fall."
As soon as Li Yuheng mounted the dragon's back, Shu Bai suddenly spread his wings.
The strong airflow nearly threw the knight off, but he quickly grabbed the dragon's neck.
"Hey! Can you be a little gentler?!"
"What is gentleness?" The dragon deliberately flipped in the air. "No way, no way, there really isn't someone riding a dragon and still being gentle, is there?"
Li Yuheng gripped the dragon scale tightly: "I'm warning you, if you keep doing this, don't expect me to spend the night with you!"
Shu Bai immediately regained his balance.
“...a despicable knight.”
"Tit for tat. Lustful dragons."
Li Yuheng lay on the dragon's back, as if he had suddenly seen something. He patted the sparse white dragon scales, his tone filled with eager excitement:
"Hey, honey, fly lower, fly lower!"
The massive, white dragon head tilted slightly, its golden vertical pupils glancing at the human on its back. "What's wrong?"
"I spotted an old acquaintance." Li Yuheng smiled and pointed to the balcony of the castle below. "Look, isn't that the princess you kidnapped last time?"
On the exquisitely carved balcony, a princess in a pink dress looked up, staring in disbelief at the incredible dragon knight combination in the sky.
Li Yuheng waved his arms enthusiastically and said in a loud voice, "Your Highness! Good day! How have you been lately?"
As he spoke, he suddenly bent down and kissed the dragon's neck, making a loud sound.
He then straightened up, spread his hands, shrugged his shoulders triumphantly, raised an eyebrow in the direction of the princess, and his face was full of undisguised smugness.
The princess's expression instantly shifted from shock to shame and indignation. She grabbed a silk handkerchief, stuffed it into her mouth, and bit down hard, her eyes reddening.
The maid beside her rubbed her eyes in disbelief, muttering, "Oh my God... could this be the legendary... dragon knight?"
Seeing this, Li Yuheng became even more enthusiastic. As if to prove the title, he lowered his head and kissed the dragon's neck a second time, even louder than the first time.
Shu Bai froze: "Aren't you disgusting?"
"What's disgusting about it? Is there a problem with me kissing my dragon?"
The princess on the balcony finally snapped, stomped her foot, lifted her skirt, and stormed into the castle without looking back.
Li Yuheng burst into laughter, his triumphant voice echoing through the clouds.
The wind howled high above, making his hair dance wildly.
He spread his arms wide, his chest facing the airflow, and shouted with all his might:
"Aaaaaah—Awoo—Roar of the evil dragon—I—Shubai—am the happiest evil dragon in the world—!"
The wind was so strong that Shu Bai didn't hear it clearly at first and thought he was screaming.
By the time the brain reacted, the huge dragon body suddenly tilted to the side, almost throwing the creature on its back off.
"Idiot! What are you yelling about?!" Shu Bai turned the dragon's head. "You're a knight! Li Yuheng! Has the wind blown your brain out of your head?"
Li Yuheng quickly grabbed the dragon's neck to steady himself, showing no remorse on his face. Instead, he pretended to suddenly realize something and slapped his forehead:
"Oh, right, right, right! Slip of the tongue, slip of the tongue! I got too excited!"
He cleared his throat, gathered his strength in his diaphragm, and roared even louder than before:
"I—Li Yuheng—am the happiest knight in the world—!"
Li Yuheng rode the dragon and circled in the sky several times. Suddenly, he leaned close to Shu Bai's ear and whispered mysteriously, "Um... Shu Bai, can I talk to you about something?"
Shu Bai was baffled by his thieving tone: "Spit it out."
"Look how nice the weather is today, the sun is shining brightly, and there's a gentle breeze..."
Li Yuheng began to lay the groundwork.
Shu Bai looked up at the few white clouds drifting across the sky, puzzled: "So?"
"So... how about we... go to that grassy area down there... and take a nap?"
The massive, white dragon body paused briefly in mid-air.
The next second, a golden light flashed, the enormous dragon disappeared, and the black-haired, golden-eyed youth landed steadily on the grass, his movements swift and decisive.
"Where? Right here?"
He looked around, seemingly assessing the comfort and seclusion of the grassy area, as if he could lie down immediately.
"Pfft—Hahahahahaha!"
Li Yuheng landed lightly with a somersault, then burst into laughter, clutching her stomach and pounding the ground with her laughter. "Oh my god! You! You really are... hahaha! You followed instantly! Didn't you even hesitate for a second?!"
Shu Bai stood coolly with his arms crossed, looking at Li Yuheng who was laughing so hard he was rolling on the floor, his brows furrowing slightly: "Wasn't this your suggestion? What are you laughing at? Are you going to sleep or not?"
"Sleep, sleep, sleep! I have to sleep!"
…
"Hey, dragon, I have a question for you."
"……explain."
When you sleep... do you prefer your bed dry or damp?
Shu Bai reached out and covered Li Yuheng's ever-talking mouth.
"If you want to sleep, then sleep properly and stop talking nonsense."
…
then,
The name of the Holy Light was extinguished by the dragon's breath.
The sixty-sixth campaign,
The knight successfully stole the dragon's heart.
And willingly, they gave up everything they had.
—As for whether you "prefer a dry bed" or "prefer a damp bed"?
That is, of course, a secret shared by the knight and his dragon.
And what about the code of chivalry?
Li Yuheng waved his hand and added a new clause:
[Article 1: The dragon that stands guard over the throne is right.]
[Second rule: If the dragon is wrong, please refer to the first rule.]
