Chapter 107 Divination

He rarely appeared in public and never did anything immoral.

“Yes, sir.”

Zhao Zhiyan appeared out of nowhere, his large frame enveloping Song Yue's small figure, a smile on his face: "Are you feeling any better?"

Prince Guangjia lowered his eyes: "Thank you for your concern, Eighth Imperial Uncle. It's an old ailment, nothing serious. I won't bother you any longer."

Watching the person walk away, Zhao Zhiyan smiled and asked, "He has good writing skills, but unfortunately he had a serious illness a few years ago and his health is a bit weak. He's a good kid."

Song Yue nodded perfunctorily.

"What did he say to you just now?" Zhao Zhiyan asked.

Song Yue smiled: "The Prince of Guangjia came here specifically to attend the dowry ceremony, but suddenly left. As the host, I came to see him off, but I didn't say anything."

Zhao Zhiyan understood and glanced behind him: "There are indeed quite a few people today."

"Why is Eighth Imperial Uncle here?" Song Yue asked, raising her eyes.

Zhao Zhiyan raised his folding fan and gently tapped Song Yue's head: "Why can't I come? Today I'm here to support you."

At the wedding banquet, Song Yue received so many gifts that they filled an entire table: gold and silver jewelry, calligraphy and paintings, antiques, and rare fabrics.

The bridal banquet didn't end until evening.

Song Huan suddenly grabbed Song Yue's hand: "Third sister, I heard that the fortune telling at Jokhang Temple is extremely accurate, and Master Ling Zhi will be personally overseeing it tomorrow. Shall we go and join in the fun?"

Song Yue shook her head.

But Song Huan kept nagging: "Third sister, if you don't go, Mother will definitely not allow me to go out. Let's disguise ourselves and go as soon as possible and come back as soon as possible."

Left with no other choice, Song Yue had to give in.

When Princess Jia Hua was informed of this, she nodded after a moment's thought: "Take a few more people with you in secret, it'll be good for them to relax before the wedding."

"Thank you so much, Auntie!" Song Huan smiled broadly.

With Princess Jia Hua speaking up, Madam Tao naturally couldn't refuse, and instructed her to take good care of Song Yue, to which Song Huan repeatedly assured her.

The next day, after having breakfast, the two changed into coarse clothes and wore veils. They then headed towards the Jokhang Temple with two guards.

Perhaps because the city was bustling, the temple area was much emptier.

As they climbed the steps, Song Huan chattered on about interesting things in the capital city. Suddenly, Song Yue asked, "How did you know that Master Ling Zhi was in charge today?"

Song Huan blurted out, "My aunt said so."

Song Yue suddenly realized.

"My aunt consulted a fortune teller for my eldest cousin. The fortune teller said that my eldest cousin's future wife is a woman of great destiny, and my eldest cousin may not be able to tame her. She also told my aunt not to worry, and that my eldest cousin's wife will be devoted to my cousin after three years."

These were all things Song Huan heard from her elders.

Song Yue smiled, saying that whether this statement would come true or not would only be known three years later.

They chatted and laughed all the way to the Jokhang Temple. After entering, they added incense money and prayed with their hands clasped together. After a while, Song Huan pulled Song Yue to the fortune-telling area.
