Ganli had barely stepped inside when the musty smell wafting towards her made her frown.
Under the bright blue sky, Gan Quan looked at the dark prison cell inside and felt a lump in his throat as he thought about Gan Tao being in such a place.
Both of them endured it and followed the jailer inside.
Fortunately, they hadn't gone far when the jailer led them to a cell door where a small, thin figure was huddled in a corner.
"Gan Tao, someone has come to see you." After saying that, she turned around and walked a few steps away, leaving the group some space to talk.
