Recently, everything has been going smoothly for Gu Yueji. Her online store sales are stable, she makes her loan payments on time every month, and she and Sun Ziru have started a new chapter in their relationship.
They officially became a couple last month. It was Sun Ziru who proposed, and Gu Yueji naturally nodded in agreement.
Holding hands, watching a movie, having a meal, and getting along easily and happily.

"Hiking?" Gu Yueji was surprised. She had only hiked once before, when she was in college, with her classmates. She hadn't done it since.
"Yes, it's going to Qingshanling in the city. Don't worry, there are no steep slopes there."
Gu Yueji immediately understood his joke and couldn't stop laughing. "Have you been watching too much TV these past few days of vacation? And I don't think I've offended you, have I?"
Sun Ziru chuckled softly on the other end of the phone, "No, I'm very grateful for your presence."
His words were like the winter sun, warming Gu Yueji's heart. No one had ever thanked her for appearing in their lives before.
"So, do you want to go tomorrow? Or are you too busy to get away?"
"I can go, but I haven't climbed mountains in a long time, and I'm afraid I won't be able to make it and it will spoil your fun."
"It's okay, I just wanted to get some exercise. If you feel tired, we can head back. Besides, the mountain is quite low; it should only take about two hours to climb."

Gu Yueji carried a small cloth bag containing water, tissues, sunscreen spray, medicated oil, and an umbrella.
Having lived in this city for almost five years, Gu Yueji had never climbed this mountain before. Just as Sun Ziru had said, the mountain was low and the slope was gentle, with stone steps paved for every path. But no matter how low the mountain was, for someone like Gu Yueji who rarely even left her house, it was still quite a workout.
They walked and stopped frequently, but Sun Ziru never complained and stayed with her the whole time. What was originally expected to be a 2-hour journey took almost 3 hours to climb, and they finally reached the summit before sunset.
