Anmi had no choice but to take the bowl to the SUV.
The car wasn't locked, so she opened the back door.
Yan Jinnian was leaning back in his chair, resting with his eyes closed.
Anmi knows what low blood sugar feels like: dizziness, nausea, and the most uncomfortable feeling.
She handed the bowl to the man.
"You won't feel uncomfortable after eating it."
Yan Jinnian opened his eyes and calmly looked at her face.
Anmi was worried that he would dislike the food at the convenience store, so she explained softly, "This was freshly cooked when I came at six o'clock this afternoon."
