Chapter 151 Eight-Hour Work System (1/2)

When Reiner returned home with Nora and Aliana, he saw the family sitting around the table eating breakfast.

Junice looked back at Reiner who was standing behind the door changing his shoes. Before Daisy could do so, she put down the white bread and walked towards him, took the staff and helped him take off his outermost woolen sweater.

She smiled and said, "You look very tired. Do you want to eat first or go back to your room to rest?"

At the same time, her inner voice came over: (Given Fiona's stamina, they must have fought all night, why is Nora also listless? Could it be...)

Thinking of this, Junice suddenly narrowed her eyes.

Reiner quickly waved his hand and explained, "A little bit. The orcs all slept in the hall, and Fiona's father snored too loudly, so I didn't get much sleep."

Junice's lips curled up slightly, and she teased, "Why are you like this? I thought you were tired from other things."

Reiner yawned. "No, no, I just acted in a scene. I didn't do anything."

When they got to the dining table, Daisy handed him two pieces of hot white bread, then said to Nora behind him, "Sit down and rest for a while. I didn't expect you to be back in the morning. The bread isn't hot enough. I'll go heat it up for you now."

"No need to bother." Reiner waved his hand and handed two pieces of heated white bread to Nora and Aliana behind him. Then he went to the kitchen to get a piece of frozen hard white bread and sat at the table to eat it.

Reiner noticed Martina sitting at the corner of the table.

She was lowering her head, nibbling on the white bread bit by bit, her two horse ears drooping, and she seemed a little depressed.

Normally she would eat a lot of white bread and be very active.

The most important thing is that she hasn't spoken to Reiner since she came back.

Just as Reiner was about to ask what happened, Martina drank the milk in one gulp, then got up and went upstairs with the white bread.

Then my inner voice drifted over: (I should go back to sleep...)

Seeing this, Junice gently elbowed Reiner twice and lowered her voice to whisper in his ear, "She was acting really well yesterday. On the way back, she kept telling me that she would come to you for a reward in the evening.

Because you didn't come back yesterday, she was a little sad.

Daisy said she hadn't slept all night, just like you."

"So that's how it is." Reiner breathed a sigh of relief and continued, "I saw she was unhappy and thought she was sick, but it turns out she's just sad."

Reiner ate very quickly, finishing a large piece of white bread in half an hour, and then went upstairs without delay.

I pushed open the bedroom door and saw her lying on the bed with her back to the door and facing the wall.

After hearing the sound, she slowly turned her head and saw that it was Reiner who came in. She continued to sleep.

At the same time, a voice in my heart also floated over: (Reiner no longer loves me...)

There were tear marks on her face and she looked really sad.

Reiner sat down on the edge of the bed, thought for a moment, then lay down directly, hugged her waist tightly, and then asked knowingly: "Wife, why are you crying?"

Martina wiped her tears and remained silent.

It seems that I have to use my ultimate move.

Reiner stood up and locked the doors and windows. This sudden action really made Martina a little more energetic.

She wiped her tears vigorously and her expression became serious.

.

In the afternoon, the two woke up one after another.
