Chapter 20 Hide and Seek
"Meow!" The crisp and soft cat's cry sounded in the silence, breaking the two people's attention that was attracted by the strange statue.
I saw the cat rummaging in the pile of yellow talisman paper that had fallen beside the statue, and then it dug out a small dirty bag. The bag was covered with traces of soil, which was almost unnoticeable because of the talisman paper.
"Is this my mother's package?" The newlywed squatted down in confusion and wanted to pick up the bag on the ground. Before he stretched out his hand, a loud shout suddenly came from behind him.
