Ruan Shaoke did indeed think that Bai Sirui was acting strangely. When they arrived, it was noon, and they couldn't let him skip lunch. So when Bai Sirui asked him to take a bath, Ruan Shaoke took his toiletries and led Bai Sirui to the bathhouse.

After confirming that the swelling wasn't too bad, Ruan Shaoke glared at him again before getting some medicine to apply to herself.
His only consolation now is that after arriving in Yuncheng, Ruan Ruan prepared all sorts of medicines for them. These medicines are very effective; for minor injuries like this, applying a little will quickly reduce the swelling.
