Her thoughts were interrupted by a WeChat notification sound; it was Shen Yanxiu.
[Chen]: Ah Jin, the sunset is beautiful, thank you.
[Chen]: Why did you leave so suddenly that day? I didn't even get to thank you.
Su Jin decided to pretend she hadn't seen it.
The system suddenly popped up again, "Host, don't slack off."
Su Jin collapsed in despair in the back seat of the car.

The voice was still gentle, but if you listened closely, there was a hint of gritted teeth.
Su Jin readily agreed and put her phone away.
Lin Shi leaned close to her ear and asked, "Is he/she your target?"
"Um."
"You mustn't like him."
Su Jin was speechless. "Do you know what he looks like in my eyes right now?"
