"Get lost, get lost! It's like everyone has a wife. All you can do is hold hands and kiss. My wife and I have already consummated our marriage. Have you consummated yours?" Jiang Xia sent a contemptuous emoji.
"Braise!" His face twitched violently. He had taken a fatal blow from Jiang Xia, and he couldn't even refute it.
This round of combat ended with Wang Ming suffering a crushing defeat.
"What's wrong?" Shen Ying turned her head to look at him.
"Ahem, it's nothing. I was just chatting with Lao Jiang about some work-related matters. It's during the preview screenings, so I was just asking him how things are going." Wang Ming's mind raced. He calmly turned off the screen and spoke quietly.
"There was a limited screening at Yida Cinema in Chongqing last night, but unfortunately I couldn't get a ticket," Shen Ying said.
She sounded quite regretful, feeling a bit guilty that she hadn't been able to see the animated film directed and produced by her boyfriend right away.
Now that I'm back in Wanzhou, which isn't within the 100 cities where the preview screenings are being held, I have even less chance to see it.

"Tonight?" Her eyes gleamed with anticipation.
"Tomorrow is better. It's too late today. I can't just have dinner and leave, can I? Besides, as a junior, I need time to adjust before visiting someone's home. It would be inappropriate to suddenly show up like this." Wang Ming squeezed Chen Ying's soft little hand.
