Bei Chen grabbed Shen Yanxi's clothes and shook them gently: "Mom, it has nothing to do with Dad. I came here on my own. Dad has no one to take care of him, so I'll take care of him."

He Lingchuan followed behind Gu Chengze, and the journey that should have taken ten minutes took him almost twenty.
When they arrived at Nan Chen's ward, Zhou Mingyan was already waiting for them outside with his luggage.

He Lingchuan coldly ordered him, trying to push his shoulder away.

He Lingchuan snorted coldly, ignoring Zhou Mingyan's attempts to stop him, and pushed his hand away, trying to rush inside.
To stop He Lingchuan, Zhou Mingyan threw down his luggage and stood at the door shouting.
"He Lingchuan, are you crazy? Even if you don't think about yourself, you should think about Nan Chen! He's been ruined by you and is afraid to face anyone. What more do you want?"
Hearing the noise outside the ward, Shen Yanxi immediately came out. Seeing the person standing at the door, she looked serious and immediately closed the ward door: "He Lingchuan, what are you doing here again? Get out of here."

"You want to see Nan Chen? No way."
Shen Yanxi gestured for Zhou Mingyan to go back and comfort Nan Chen, while she stood at the door dealing with He Lingchuan.

He Lingchuan didn't bother watching the two of them being all lovey-dovey. He gave Gu Chengze a look, and the other man immediately shoved Zhou Mingyan aside and opened the door as well.
Hearing the sounds outside the door, Bei Chen excitedly called out to He Lingchuan, "Dad, you're finally here! Mom's sending us away."
Bei Chen was being held by the wrists by two people; judging from their attire, they were probably bodyguards from the Shen family.
"Let him go! What are you doing?"
Shen Yanxi glared at Gu Chengze, then ran back to the ward, threatening He Lingchuan with a cold face: "He Lingchuan, what are you doing? Do you still want to forcibly take the child away? What you're doing is illegal. I can call the police and have you arrested, do you know that?"
"Then go ahead and arrest me."
He Lingchuan stretched out his hand and stepped forward cooperatively: "I want to see who said it's illegal for a child's father to see his child. I also want to ask the police whether it was legal for you to move my child with outsiders without my knowledge."
"What do you mean by 'transferring the child'? You're getting more and more absurd."

Shen Yanxi was startled by He Lingchuan's roar and froze on the spot: "Isn't that all because of you? Why are you yelling at me?"
