Chapter 65 Why is Assistant Chu's mouth swollen?

Chapter 65 Why is Assistant Chu's mouth swollen?

Conditions? Chu Rou's eyes darted around; she hadn't thought about that yet. "I haven't decided yet. Can I pay you back?"

Qi Hang smiled and nodded, "Sure, Assistant Chu can come to me anytime to fulfill your promise."

"Add me as a friend?" Qi Hang took out his phone.

"Okay!" Chu Rou added Qi Hang as a friend.

The two moved so fast that Mo Chi, standing to the side, didn't even have a chance to interject. He gritted his teeth and clenched his fists tightly.

Feng Qi seemed to see through Qi Hang's thoughts and joked, "What is Assistant Chu still thinking about? Just ask President Qi to repay you with his body."

Holding a wine glass, Wang Hong chimed in, "You know what, Assistant Chu and President Qi really do look like a married couple."

Chu Rou was very close to the ink pool and seemed to hear the "crackling" sound of his finger joints.

She stole a glance at Mo Chi and caught his deep eyes, like black vortexes that seemed about to spew flames.

Chu Rou was afraid that Mo Chi would lose his temper, so she maintained a smile on her face. "I wouldn't dare to have any wishful thinking. It would be more practical to use President Qi's promise to exchange for a handbag."

"I was just giving an example; I haven't decided what to exchange it for yet." Chu Rou didn't want to let Qi Hang off so easily; she needed something substantial.

Qi Hang smiled and said with a smile in his eyes, "I'm waiting for Assistant Chu to come find me."

Mo Chi said with a stern face, "It's getting late, Assistant Chu and I will go and rest first."

Qi Hang was somewhat surprised, but he nodded. "There are rooms upstairs. I'll have someone take you there."

"The nightlife has only just begun, and you're already resting so early?" Feng Qi asked, somewhat surprised.

Qi Hang laughed, coming to Mo Chi's rescue, "My brother is still growing and needs to rest early."

Wang Hong looked up at Mo Chi, who was half a head taller than him, and said helplessly, "When I was growing up, why didn't I go to bed earlier? Otherwise, I wouldn't be so short."

"Hahaha!" Feng Qi laughed loudly, "You must have been staying up all night researching some kind of technique back then!"

Mo Chi couldn't stand these people saying such lewd things in front of Chu Rou, so he grabbed Chu Rou's arm and pulled her outside.

After Mo Chi and Chu Rou left, Feng Qi waved his hand, signaling the other girls in the room to leave as well.

Wang Hong said to Qi Hang, "President Qi, are you sure it was your little brother who tripped up our resort?"

Qi Hang's expression turned cold. "You should be glad he's alright. Otherwise, not only would this shabby manor be in serious trouble, but our Qi family would also be severely damaged."

Wang Hong and Feng Qi exchanged a glance, and saw lingering fear in each other's eyes.

Feng Qi spoke cautiously, "Wang Qiang arranged for his older brother to come here. We didn't think much of it and really didn't know that his older brother was secretly involved in human trafficking."

"It's best if you don't know. If I find out, I won't show any mercy." Qi Hang looked at the two of them with a cold gaze.

"We wouldn't dare."

...

Chu Rou and Mo Chi went up to the third floor, and the waiter opened two adjacent rooms for them.

Chu Rou had just changed into slippers when there was a knock on the door. She went to the door and asked warily, "Who is it?"

"I!"

It was Mo Chi's deep voice. Chu Rou opened the door.

Mo Chi walked in, kicked the door shut, and with a gloomy face, forced Chu Rou against the wall.

He was already more than half a head taller than Chu Rou, and the aura emanating from Mo Chi made Chu Rou feel very oppressed. She wanted to push Mo Chi away, saying, "Mr. Mo, we should keep some distance."

Upon hearing this, Mo Chi's expression darkened further. He grabbed Chu Rou's chin and said, "You're calling me President Mo when no one's around? Have you taken a fancy to Qi Hang? Do you want to change your husband?"

"Are you crazy?!" Chu Rou slapped Mo Chi's hand away, pushed him away forcefully, and walked into the room.

She sat on the sofa glaring at Mo Chi, who had followed her there. "Were you pickled in a vat of vinegar? You're so sour all the time."

"Why did you add Qi Hang as a friend?" Mo Chi's hostility suddenly turned into resentment.

Chu Rou rolled her eyes. "I added him as a friend because I wanted my winnings back. I finally beat him, so I had to take advantage of him this time!"

"Just because of that?" Mo Chi was skeptical.

“Otherwise,” Chu Rou said sternly, thinking of the men’s behavior, “Stay away from these people in the future, none of them are good people.”

Mo Chi's expression softened. He squeezed next to Chu Rou, put his head close to her neck and kissed her, leaving a hickey.

"Stop fooling around," Chu Rou dodged away, "Go back to your room, I need to rest."

"Trying to get rid of me?" Mo Chi suppressed Chu Rou and began to bite her lips.

Chu Rou's delicate lips were sucked and bitten by Mo Chi, and soon became red and swollen. In anger, Chu Rou bit Mo Chi's lips until they bled, and the salty, metallic taste of iron spread in their mouths.

Mo Chi showed no sign of stopping; his hands were restless as he began to unbutton Chu Rou's shirt.

Chu Rou was truly exasperated. Mo Chi had already forced himself on her several times during the day, and now he wanted to do it again at night. She was so tired.

"Knock knock knock!" There was a knock on the door of the room.

"Assistant Chu, are you there?"

It was Qi Hang's voice.

Mo Chi stopped what he was doing, released Chu Rou, and his eyes turned sinister. "Why is he here?"

"How should I know?" Chu Rou pushed Mo Chi away. "Go hide in the bathroom."

Chu Rou buttoned up her shirt, smoothed her hair, and prepared to open the door.

Mo Chi followed behind her. Chu Rou turned around and pointed to the bathroom. Mo Chi reluctantly went in and closed the door.

Chu Rou opened the door and saw Qi Hang standing there. She smiled and asked, "Mr. Qi, is there something you need from me?"

Seeing Chu Rou's expression, Qi Hang raised an eyebrow. "Is Assistant Chu alone?"

His gaze swept over Chu Rou's head, scanning the room.

"What do you mean by asking this, President Qi?" Chu Rou's smile vanished as she questioned him.

Qi Hang smiled and said, "I'm afraid you, a girl, will be bullied."

"No need for you to worry, Mr. Qi. I can protect myself." Chu Rou crossed her arms over her chest. "Mr. Qi, did you come knocking on the door just to see if there was anyone else in my room?"

Qi Hang smiled and shook his head slightly, "I came here to ask Assistant Chu, what is your relationship with Mo Chi?"

Chu Rou was panicking inside. Mo Chi was wary of Qi Hang, but she pretended to be calm. "Of course, Mo Chi and I are in a superior-subordinate relationship. He is the president and I am the assistant."

"That simple?" Qi Hang's expression clearly showed disbelief. "No other connection?"

"Other relationships?" Chu Rou bit her lower lip, pondering. "There are indeed other relationships."

Qi Hang looked up at Chu Rou, waiting for her answer.

"In private, he's my younger brother, and he calls me Sister Rou!"

"That's it?" Qi Hang seemed very disappointed.

"What kind of answer does President Qi want to hear? Does he hope that I'm having an affair with President Mo?"

Qi Hang's eyes held a half-smile. "Why are Assistant Chu's lips swollen?"
