Chapter 118 The sound was so loud that the neighbors could hear it; the stench of its fart made everyone vomit.

Remembering the stench, Li Yi's eyes darted around, and a mischievous idea popped into her head. She silently opened the door, revealing a crack, and saw Li Fuyi in the courtyard.

It's ugly, it's hideous, and it stinks!

Perhaps the smell of Li Fuyi couldn't be contained in the third bedroom, so she simply came to the yard to wash.

The entire courtyard was in a mess because of the third wife's mischief. Li Fuyi was still standing in the bathtub, crying and making a fuss, complaining about the smell and that Wang Yiting was hurting her.

To be fair, Li Fuyi's face was pockmarked from the wasp stings, and the exposed areas on her arms and legs were also uneven, with some crevices mixed with excrement.

Wang Yiting needs to use a little force to get it clean.

Only Wang Yiting could bring herself to do that; she genuinely cares for Li Fuyi. If it were her, she would have already washed Li Fuyi's body with several basins of water and wouldn't care whether Li Fuyi lived or died.

Feeling utterly disgusted, Li Yiyi casually tossed another fart talisman at Li Fuyi.

As for inspiration, it was Li Fuyi who gave it to her. Why would she use a stinky fart talisman if she couldn't smell the stench?

It was Li Fuyi who reminded her; it wasn't something she did voluntarily.

Without any psychological burden, Li Yi fell asleep as soon as he lay down on the bed. His parents, woken by the stench, looked out the window at the yard and were utterly astonished.

“Old man, don’t you find it strange? Look at how many problems have happened in the family since the eldest son was born, but there was nothing wrong before he was born.”

The more Old Lady Li thought about it, the more uneasy she felt. The stench filled the air, and she couldn't sleep. If she didn't find something to think about, she knew she would burst out and start yelling.

But thinking of the benefits in the future, Old Lady Li forced herself to hold back.

"Shut up, old woman, are you out of your mind?"

Old Li sternly reprimanded him, then reflexively looked up at the ceiling, only relaxing when he saw no familiar purple hue.

"Old woman, some things are better left unsaid. Anyway, that girl won't be around for much longer."

He called her Old Lady Li on the surface, but Old Man Li actually believed her completely in his heart.

Indeed, after Li Yiyi was born, nothing went right in the family. First, the eldest son inexplicably became rebellious, then the second son became unruly. In short, nothing good happened in the family.

"Old man, you're right. Let's spare her worthless life for now; that's too good for her."

With reservations in mind, Old Lady Li clearly understood what Old Man Li had said, and, unable to contain her anger, glared fiercely at the main house several times.

Li Yiyi: You are the one with a worthless fate, your whole family is too.

After lying down, unable to fall asleep, Old Man Li and Old Woman Li found some scraps of cloth, cut off a corner, and stuffed it into their noses, finally managing to sleep.

Li Laosi, who lived next door, stared at the roof. Although he couldn't see anything, he was lost in thought. Only he knew what he was thinking.

In the dilapidated cowshed not far from the back hill, Zhou Wenzhu suddenly laughed in her sleep.

Judging from the expression on his face, he must have had a wonderful dream, and then suddenly woke up with a start. His eyes were filled with joy and a hint of adult composure, and he exuded a subtle air of nobility.

Looking at his hands, which were even darker than the night itself, Zhou Wenzhu couldn't understand what he should be doing at this moment...

A flood of memories rushed in, and the pain that had been temporarily blocked returned. Unable to bear it, Zhou Wenzhu lay stiffly on the bed made of dry grass.

A cold wind swept in, ruffling Zhou Wenzhu's tattered clothes.

The sky outside began to flash with a purple light, and thunder roared angrily from one end of the sky.

The light drizzle quickly turned into a downpour, and the dry straw on the cowshed roof could not bear the weight, with the rainwater seeping through the middle.

A drop, a stream, like a river, fell vertically onto Zhou Wenzhu.

The wind carried rain, adding a chill to the night's cold; Zhou Wenzhu, who had fainted, kept her eyes closed.

A good rain overnight washed away all the filth in the yard. If Li Yi hadn't witnessed it with her own eyes last night, she wouldn't have believed how the spotless yard had been ruined.

[It's so nice to wake up in the morning without any poop; it makes me feel so refreshed.]

It's raining. I wonder if Li Fuyi washed up properly last night.

[With such heavy rain, I have reason to suspect that God, out of pity for his beloved daughter, deliberately sent it to Li Fuyi.]

Li Laoda and Jiang Yuting were completely bewildered. They understood what their daughter was saying individually, but couldn't understand it when put together.

"Father, Mother, I have good news for you. Li Fuyi fell into the cesspool last night."

A mischievous grin spread across her adorable little face. Li Yiyi was happy to share this good news with her boss, Jiang Yuting.

Good news should be shared with everyone, and the whole world should celebrate!

Falling into the cesspool

They looked at each other, and Li Laoda and Jiang Yuting's first feeling was disgust. Falling into a cesspool was bad enough, but they were going to have to sit at the same table to eat later.

Seeing Li Fuyi reminds me of things that shouldn't be there, and just thinking about it makes me unbearable.

"Daughter, let's go to the city for breakfast."

"good."

It didn't matter where they ate, Li Yiyi had no objection, since eating at the Li family's house was just for show anyway.

Once seated, Li Yiyi suddenly understood what Boss Li meant.

[Dad, you're amazing! You had such foresight.]

Seeing Li Fuyi automatically conjures up images of a giant poop monster in my eyes; I don't even want to look at my already unpalatable meal anymore.

How could Old Li and the others eat so much? They seemed to enjoy it immensely.

"Li Fuyi, did you fall into the latrine last night? Why do you smell so bad?"

In short, it brought everyone back to the stench-filled environment of last night, and the food in their mouths lost its flavor.

"You're talking nonsense... Pfft~"

Before he could finish speaking, a tremendous fart came out.
