Gu Shi had no idea what happened on Marshall's side. He only knew that the day after he talked with Marshall, the holy water that was originally provided every day was cancelled and replaced by the priest's purification treatment package.

Marshall realized this and turned to a few students and said, "Go back to your rooms quickly. I'll go outside and find out what's going on."
Gu Shi and the others knew that they would only cause trouble if they ran around, so they nodded obediently, and Marshall left the church alone.
On the way back to the room, Gu Shi was thinking about the situation outside while walking through the crowded and panicked crowd. Suddenly, a foul odor hit him in the face, and he felt dizzy for a moment.
Gu Shi turned his head suddenly, trying to find the source of the stench, but there were too many people around and it was too crowded, so he lost his target.
Gu Shi walked around in the crowd a few times, not believing anything, but still found nothing. He returned to his room helplessly.
Gu Shi wondered where that smell could have come from. Was it the holy water from before? It didn't seem likely.
The stench that Gu Shi smelled just now was much stronger than that from the holy water, and it almost made him faint. He was sure that the person carrying this smell was definitely an accomplice, even if he was not the mastermind of the holy water incident.
Gu Shi felt quite uneasy about having such a dangerous person in the same building with him. What if that person also exploded and collapsed the entire church, or carried out some other terrorist attack?
Gu Shi made up his mind to find this person.
Marshall went out and did not return until the evening. He shared the current intelligence with Gu Shi and others.
The Lich led his army of undead monsters to attack Langari. No one knew how long he had been entrenched in the Monster Forest, but he had already gathered a very large undead army, and there were quite a few high-level monsters in it.
