Rabbit and Phoenix 2

"Hahahaha. Are you two trying to make me die of laughter?"

The green dragon saw the two of them advancing and retreating, and the usually arrogant phoenix bird did not kick away the chirping little monster, but actually had a conversation with it. It was really rare.

Hearing that there was a third person present, Feng stopped what he was doing. He glanced at Qing Jiao and asked, "How's your training been lately?"

The green dragon crawled into the bamboo forest, its thick, scaly tail wrapped around several bamboos. It hovered on all fours, holding a bamboo leaf in its mouth, and said slowly, "I can't understand it."

It suddenly stretched its neck and looked closer at Feng, then raised its head to look at the sky. "I, Qing Jiao, have been cultivating for five hundred years, but I still look like a dragon. I don't know when I can transform into a dragon."

"Practice cannot be rushed." Feng said. He lowered his head to look at the little rabbit and found that it was eating grass. He had not filled his stomach yet because of the rabbit.

After chatting with the green dragon for a while, it flapped its wings and continued to eat bamboo fruits.

Seeing that one by one the fish ignored him and were only concerned with eating, the green dragon felt hungry too, so he had to leave the bamboo forest and dive into the river to eat fish.

After eating and drinking, the rabbit wiped the grass crumbs from the corner of its mouth and stretched its neck to look at Feng.

The phoenix flew to the ground and flapped its wings comfortably.

A white ball floated up instantly.

"Big bird, help me!" The rabbit was suspended in the air, shouting for help.

"Huh?" The phoenix quickly stretched out its wings and caught the rabbit that was about to fall to the ground.

There was no expected pain from falling to the ground, but instead I landed on a soft place.

It poked its head out from the fur and met the phoenix's golden eyes.

"Hmph, you finally decided to stick your head out?"

The phoenix saw that it was fine and put it down.

"Thank you, Big Bird!"

The little silly rabbit thanked.

The phoenix was speechless. It folded its wings and walked back with its delicate claws.

The rabbit hopped and followed the phoenix quickly.

The phoenix finds a place to stay and bask in the sun during the day, and returns to its nest to sleep at night.

The trees in Shennongjia are tall and sturdy with luxuriant branches and leaves. The deeper you go into the woods, the more the leaves above your head block the sunlight. The wild shrubs are lush and dark, and there is a hint of coolness.

The rabbit followed the phoenix, shaking its head and looking around, afraid that something would jump out of the grass.

It regained its composure and looked towards the phoenix bird that was still moving forward. "Big bird, when will we reach our destination?"

“Almost.”

"Oh, but it's been a long time."

The phoenix stopped, stared at the rabbit behind it with its golden eyes, and said impatiently, "Can you please not speak in such a soft tone?"

"What's wrong?" the rabbit asked timidly, staring at it with its crystal red eyes.

Seeing the rabbit like this, the phoenix choked for some reason, "You are a male rabbit, you should speak firmly, so that you won't be swallowed by your natural enemies."

Although it is said that natural enemies will not reason with food.

"Oh! But that's my tone. My family says I have a nice voice."

"Little rabbit, you are their child. They are only trying to comfort you, so they naturally wouldn't dare to be mean to you. You are truly unlucky to have parents like these. The world out there is very cruel. If you're not careful, you could become food."

The phoenix chirped and chattered a lot at once.

"Oh!! Okay, I will speak in a firm tone! Thank you, Big Bird!" The rabbit's tone suddenly became higher, and he held his head high and chest out, making himself sound very tough, not so soft.

Hearing the rabbit listen to it, the phoenix bird felt better. However, when the other party called it by its name, it frowned and corrected, "I am a phoenix!"

"Oh~Brother Feng~" Rabbit changed his tone.

This time the phoenix said nothing and walked forward.

"Brother Feng~wait for me~" Rabbit hurriedly followed.
